I never leave reviews. Ever. This place was so terrible in every way. No one smiled. No communication. I was inside and waited 20+ minute for my order of a simple number 1 with a drink. I’ve never been to a bad braums before but this place is so bad. Management wasn’t doing anything to hurry the food out when employees were standing around while they had a full drive through and a full lobby. This will probably be my one and only review I ever leave but someone needs to step in immediately and take over this store

Braum’s never disappoints, and this visit was especially great thanks to Erick. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing—exactly what you hope for when you come to Braum’s. Erick provided excellent service and made sure everything was done right, which really stood out. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the quality of the food was top-notch. Big shoutout to Erick for helping make this such a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

2.6.24 – NO STARS – Service is terrible. I’m very surprised it remains open for business. I’m such a big fan of the banana split that we had to stop and get our fix before heading home. Out of 4 orders we wanted to place, we just did 2 ordered. The staff wasn’t helpful at all, and they didn’t want to be bothered. This place was so sorry with sticky spits all over the counters and ice cream area. We were acknowledged after we spike up and asked if someone was working the ice cream section. Took them 23 minutes to finally help us and 17 minutes to do one shake and banana split. These locations are so far apart that we normally don’t stop here. Unfortunately, we have to go up North Dallas if we want the good service. I’m not doing that. It’s too far. Just happened to stop at this one because it was on the way to our destination

This Braums is never on point. I ordered thru drive thru with no problems then drove up to first windows. No one is there. So I drove to the second window to pay and get my order. The lady at didn’t want to take money then asked if I paid at the first windows and I told her no one was there. She took the money giving it to someone. I waited for change and was given my sundae (which was made well), and my drink. I had to wait on my burger and fries. I ordered a cheeseburger combo asking for mayo & mustard. I got home only to find there was no cheese, no mayo and no mustard. The big deal going there was to get a Cheeseburger.
This is a pattern at this location. Moral of story, was to go to the location I know is always on point in Desoto. Ijs

I couldn’t even find my banana until I ate almost all the ice cream
Bananas belong on the side of the split notcthe bottom.
Internally didn’t think there were bananas until I asked at the front counter and we had to look from the bottom of the dish to see them.
Ya it’s not supposed to be that way. I should get a bite of banana every bite of ice cream and my visual should ensure I know I am eating a banana split.

Edit: I went back up there tonight and spoke with the assistant manager that was on duty, Bre. Let me just say that she is amazing! She obviously cares about her customers and takes her job seriously! 5 stars for Bre! The other manager that was on duty though… definitely needs to learn from Bre!!!
If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the saddest chicken meal I have ever seen in my life. The manager says are you too far to come back? Uh yes I am. Well when you get the chance bring the food back and your receipt and we will replace it or refund you. Are you serious?!?! I live in Cleburne. But I’m just supposed to drive an hour back to your location tomorrow with cold chicken and fries so you can refund me?!?! That is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! PLEASE hire some competent people that know how to put a gravy and a sauce in with the sad little pieces of chicken!

The Service today was absolutely terrible. We arrived around 3;20 pm and waited in line for 10 minutes to place an order. Then we waited for our order in the drive through for about 15 minutes and no one ever came out to explain what was taking so long. It took so long I went inside and asked what was taking so long. The young man said we are making them now and waiting on the beef patties. It was at least another 15 minutes before my order was ready Several orders were placed after ours and were filled. There were no to go condiments I asked for packaged ketchup and was told they had not ordered any. Our burgers were cold and the kids working behind the counter thought that this was funny. I hope someone who is in charge here makes sure that this never happens again because if it does I will be getting in touch with the corporate office.

This has to be one of the worst Braums locations. The people who work here always have an attitude. The Quality of work and Customer service are both terrible. They don’t even speak to you in the drive thru and get mad when you ask for a bag as if it’s coming out of their paychecks. They just shove it in the bag or just hand you the bag for you to bag it yourself. If I order multiple ice cream sundae’s why wouldn’t I want a bag to carry them. Weird.
Another time I ordered a burger and when I got home it was a whole mustard package inside of it.
This location definitely needs new employees and managers asap! It’s really sad because this is the only ice cream shop in our area.
