Food sucked I ordered a hott and spicy chicken sandwich. Poorly made . Slapped together and thrown in the bag and there was no one in the drive thru and no one in the restaurant so why do that. Even my kids ten piece was hacked up . Management should be doing some quality control . And I know kids are loud the couple kids that where in there acted like they never been taught any better . Loud and obnoxious !!!!

Placed an order at 4:00, card swiped at 4:03, and by 4:15 I was still waiting for two small chicken sandwiches. Instead of serving the food, they asked me to pull into a parking spot so their drive-thru numbers would look better. Clearly, they care more about metrics than customer service. Two sandwiches shouldn’t take this long—they were probably already cooked and just needed to be wrapped. Next time I won’t move from the drive thru line, but in all actuality I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend avoiding this location if possible.

Why review McDonald’s? What information could I provide about this particular McD’s that is new, novel, or noteworthy? How about the following: the young woman working the first drive-thru order—let’s call her Ashley—was on the phone with her friend—let’s call her Ainsley. So Ashley was talking with Ainsley and said, “well, I wondered why you weren’t answering. I was calling you.” So they were deep in conversation. Did she receive the proper monies from us in exchange for our goods? How would she know? She was clearly worried about Ainsley. And for that I applaud her. She’s a good friend. Maybe not a great McDonald’s associate. But a great friend.

I placed a mobile order (so my instructions were clearly in the app) and picked up at the drive-thru—no chance of “we misheard you.”
• Fries: carton was half full and the batch had temperature whiplash—some cold, some hot, like old fries mixed with new.
•. Big Mac: ~10 pickles piled on, completely unbalanced.
• Sprite (ordered no ice): came with ice anyway. The mix was way off—no syrup, weak carbonation (think McDonald’s LaCroix). After sitting overnight, I found stringy white residue suspended in the drink—deeply concerning and suggests the fountain/ice equipment needs a thorough clean and maintenance.
• Promo miss: I was handed an older cup with no Monopoly sticker, so I got gipped out of a game piece while the promo is running.
Other reviews mention basic instruction-following issues here; my experience confirms it.
Management: honor app instructions, serve fries hot and full, stop burying burgers in toppings, fix the syrup/carbonation mix, deep-clean the fountain/ice machines, and use the correct promo cups.

I have been here three times. The food is basic. It is a McDonalds after all…. but somehow they still have issues. I can honestly say they struggle with breakfast the most. I will never come again for breakfast. The first time I ordered online and after waiting for almost 20 minutes a girl came out and said that they were having an issue with the bagels. She didn’t apologize for the wait, just said they had an issue with the bagels. The second time was the icing on the cake. I sat in the car for 20 minutes after placing an online order, so I went inside and it was CHAOS. I heard I missed a woman have a come-apart. I was 3 people deep for breakfasts that they never made, but took money for. The first guy waited 30 minutes, the second guy waited even longer. by the time I finally flagged someone down, I had been waiting for almost 40 minutes. Then they didn’t want to make my meal. So, just save yourselves the pain and go to any other McDonalds.

Stopped through the drive thru pretty quick. Order was right and food hit the spot. The nuggets were on point and my burger was good. Only doe side was the fries were either old or not fried long enough. Would stop here again if in the area.

How are you going to tell me this is a large orange juice when clearly it states it’s a medium on the cup first off I ordered a large not a medium and secondly they forgot all about my oj until I asked where it was don’t bother coming if you want large drinks you will get medium or small

I think I’ve reviewed about the staff here before. But it really is horrible. The attitude they have just for asking for light ice ♀️. Each morning I say LARGE COKE LIGHT ICE (I drink one soda throughout my shift so I don’t want all that ice to water it down). This morning I said my order the girl said pull forward. I asked if she noted LIGHT ICE (because she seemed to cut me off at the speaker when saying it) she didn’t respond to me and started to add it in the system, clearly she ignored me at my first request. I said thank you and still no response, she just closed the door on me. I go to the second window. They hand me a coke full of ice. I said I asked for light ice. The girl didn’t say anything. Literally rolled her eyes. Made a new drink. I said thank you and no response. The only reason I continue going to this location is it’s next to my job and always have carbonated cokes. Other locations are flat. McDonald’s do better with your hires.

The cheeseburgers looked like they each had a bottle of ketchup poured on them.
My spicy deluxe chicken sandwich had so much sauce on it. It was more like a soup than a sandwich. I wish I wouldn’t have used a napkin to wipe a good portion of it away before taking the picture.
We had to pull forward to wait for our food. We got our food and nothing was steaming hot so not sure why we had to pull forward.
Highly disappointed.
Deliver truck was blocking majority of the drive thru.
