This place was great to stop and eat on my way back home. My dad got the Combination Lo Mein (or whats left of it) the noodles were thin which is not an issue for me and it has lots of veggies if you dont like that,I got the Seseme Chicken which i LOVE because unlike other places where the chicken kinda get a mushy texture this is crispy and it never got mush even when my plate got cold. I also got the pan fried Pork buns as an appetizer surprisingly my dad really liked the buns were not thick like ive tried at other places. The bottom is thick as a support for the pork inside but since it was fried the bottom was a nice and crunchy texture qith a soft exterior which was amazing. I recommend the pan fried buns if it is your first time trying them out. Everything is cooked quick and on the spot DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS these are big portions. The ladies that helped me were so nice and explain. everything.

I wasn’t real sure being in a strip center but the food was actually really good, the atmosphere was great and the service was spot on. They attended to us in a great amount of detail and the prices were reasonable. Even the bathroom was an attention to detail, clean and stocked wih fragrant hand lotion from overseas. I would definitely recommend this place.

Top notch dumplings! Service was fast and friendly, very attentive. We had the fried buns and soup dumplings, both fantastic. Great place for lunch or dinner. Food was out in roughly 5 mins, truly amazing for handmade dumplings.

We were passing through this area and stumbled in this restaurant. It’s bright and clean, very relaxed ambiance. The server was pleasant and food came out really quick, and more importantly, it was delicious. We have chicken fried rice, garlic eggplant and Hainan Noodle. Everything tasted great!

If you’re looking for the best Asian fusion spot in Baytown, Dumpling Time absolutely delivers! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm and inviting, with friendly service and a menu packed with bold, flavorful options.
I tried their pork dumplings, chicken fried rice, and beef chow fun noodles—and every dish was on point. The dumplings were perfectly pan-seared on the outside and juicy on the inside, bursting with flavor. The fried rice had the right balance of seasoning and wok-char, while the noodles were silky, chewy, and coated in a savory sauce that tied everything together beautifully.
What makes this place stand out is how fresh everything tastes—you can really tell they make their dumplings and baos in-house. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the food comes out hot and fast.
If you’re into Asian fusion and want something better than the typical takeout, this is the spot. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for dinner with friends, Dumpling Time is easily a must-try in Baytown.
