I normally don’t like leaving review but I have to leave this one. I stoped today at Starbucks to get my mom a latte, but I got a video from her showing there was a bug inside her coffee. I was really glad I was giving her something she would of have loved but now she would not like anything from there anymore. The people working there are great but it’s just not ok to have a coffee with a big inside

really really abysmal service. baristas (young guy) give you that fluoride stare mixed with vague contempt when you pick up your order….like is it hard to be kind? always try to give service workers the benefit of the doubt but i mean it wasn’t busy at all (not that that would be an excuse to be rude) it was very early. you never know what people are going through and you’re likely the first human interaction they have all day. i know i am always kind to baristas but it’s certainly not reciprocated especially at this location. i don’t expect much just maybe not blatant rudeness? at least wait til im out of the store to start rudely whispering to each other. Starbucks has such an icky vibe.

Look, I wasn’t going to make a review here based off one wrong drink- that’s silly, everyone has an off day. I used to be a barista, I get it. On the third drink (out of five), I’m starting to wonder if a bitter diabetic with a passive-aggressive vendetta works here. Three out of five drinks have been made without sugar (like, completely). Two were matcha frappes (yes, I like grass milkshakes), one was a brûlée latte. So weird and I can’t waste the money on wrong orders anymore. Adios Sandy Plains-92 SB, I hardly knew ye.

I would have given Five Star’s because the Starbucks cold pumpkin Frappuccino is SOOOOO DELICIOUS!!! ☕️ And the employees are very nice & hard working. ❤️

The staff at this Starbucks location are always very friendly and pleasant to chat with when I stop by to grab my order in person. Recently I’ve been placing lots of orders from this location on UberEats, and they rarely make mistakes! They’re very attentive to detail and customer service, even when I’m not visiting the store in person. I always smile when I find little personally addressed handwritten messages and hearts they draw on the bags that they even write little messages on my the delivery bags. The customer service from this location clearly plays a big part in their base of customer loyalty- and I’m definitely a big fan! Whether I’m at the drive thru or at home unpacking the to-go bags that get left on my porch, they always find a way to perk me up. Highly recommend!

I get Starbucks fairly often, and of all the stores, this is my least favorite. The employees seem genuinely unhappy and are never smiling. I order through the mobile app, and even when I give them extra time they STILL don’t have my order ready because they can’t be bothered to check and see if there are mobile orders. I’d avoid this store, but unfortunately it’s the closest one to me. Yesterday found some random plastic thing in my drink…

I would give them a 5/5 because their head baristas are amazing… HOWEVER I am beyond tired of all the partners acting so poorly when I place a mobile drive thru order. I simply do this as a help for THEM. However every single time they act horribly and I’m told “I need to wait” or “I need to pull up” which I get, drive thru times. I don’t get the disrespect I’m given EVERY. TIME. I order a mobile order and go thru drive thru. It’s becoming so annoying that I really dread ordering from this location anymore.

I order here almost every day. I usually order when leaving my house but this time closer. Took 20 minutes from order to delivery to make one Americano with no extras. There were very few customers and plenty of staff. Just zero intentionality.
