The Drive thru employee charged me 15.87 for a meal that was 13.39 even with 7% sales tax it would if only been 14.33 and when I said something about it the employee said it was only a dollar and I said no it’s over a dollar and she slammed the drive thru window acting pissed. Like I’m the one that should be pissed. But anyways some other dingy came and said the meal would be 14.97 and gave me a dollar back I took it but how in the world would it be even 14.97 hell how much tax they charging! But this Arby’s was in Sutton wv and they need to hire employees that don’t rip people off by over charging them and hire some with actually intelligence and manners. Never go back there again. So Watch what some of those employees are charging you cause their are some over charging.

Went late at night, only one worker doing everything, she did very well being alone. Took longer than normal but she was taking orders then cooking and serving.

Had not had Arby’s in a long time. Not one close to my house. I ate there 3 days in a row. Can’t go wrong with the cheddar roast beef. Service was great

Good food and service. Tables and area all needed cleaning. We cleaned off table and chairs before eating. Maybe lack of staff.

The food was typical Arby’s, you know what to expect. The young man working the register was very attentive and friendly. We had just left a basketball game and were headed home and after noticing a few other families all wearing similar clothes had come in, he asked what we had attended. After my response, he went on to ask if our team had won or lost and showed a genuine sense of interest. This isn’t something you commonly see with a younger generation so it was a very pleasant experience! You all have a great employee in him!!

This makes the 2nd time I have ever at at Arby’s and this time I did breakfast.
The food was great but the order was wrong. I asked for no cheese at the drive thru and the worker wouldn’t stop asking questions long enough to hear me apparently. So needless to say it had cheese.
But of it wasn’t for that, the breakfast would have have been fantastic.
