Plenty of inside seats for small and big groups. There is one kiosk to place order and one register but they mainly prefer us using the kiosk. They can accept Apple Pay. Coffee mocha was pretty good and not too sweet, and had a cute design on top. You take a number and they will deliver your food but drinks are to be picked up at the counter. They are pretty slow making drinks as they only have one machine. You can order warm food. That came out faster. We ordered their breakfast sandwiches with egg, sausage and crispy bacon on a brioche bread. Yumm! That was good. Cool experience but this location is too busy and saw many waiting for their drinks. If not in a rush, I would come here and lounge.
The coffee itself tasted really good. Beyond that, it was such a lovely experience—being in a cozy space, enjoying the music, sipping my cappuccino, and sharing a sweet little coffee date moment with my hubby.
Just loved it. I really liked the cappuccino it was good, and staff were amazing.! Will definitely stop by again.!
The coffee selection is incredible, offering a wide array of flavors and options that cater to every taste. I tried “The Old Fashioned” latte, which was an absolute revelation: smooth, perfectly balanced with hints of citrus, bitters, and a subtle sweetness that evoked a classic cocktail in coffee form. My child went for the iced latte with their house syrup, and it was exceptional—refreshingly crisp with layers of nuanced flavor that made it one of the best iced drinks we’ve had.
The pastries and food were equally impressive. We indulged in the pull-apart muffin from The Midwife and the Baker, one of the best and healthiest pastry shops around—fluffy, wholesome, and packed with fresh ingredients that made it feel indulgent yet nourishing. To round out our meal, we shared a breakfast sandwich that ranks among the best I’ve ever tasted: hearty, flavorful fillings on perfectly toasted bread, with every bite hitting just right.
The seating is comfortable and versatile, from plush spots for lounging to tables perfect for working or chatting. Its convenient location in a lively area makes it easy to swing by, whether you’re on foot, in a car, or using transit—no fuss involved.
Best of all, the prices are amazingly reasonable for such premium offerings; it feels like a hidden value without skimping on excellence. Everything here is perfect—I absolutely love this unique spot and can’t wait to return for more. If you’re seeking a coffee shop that prioritizes quality above all, Renegade by Devout Coffee is unbeatable!
I’m glad they were able to open a second location with more parking spots around the vicinity.
I enjoyed how they are trying to change the way modern coffee shops are operating, where they are emphasizing community over everybody sitting and looking at their laptop screens for hours. A lot of family and friends come by chatting! I’m not sure what their food truck? Is outside?
They remade my coffee without having me to ask because the latte art was lacking but also because I didn’t hear my order the first time around when I was taking photos of the store.
Being a coffee shop inside drinks are limited to a (obviously) coffee selections, a few canned sodas & mineral water.
I asked if the had ice water, they directed me to a jug of room temperature water and small glass cups.
I’ll definitely be back, but next time I’ll probably get it to go & bring my cold water bottle with me
The EATS. Omg. I got the ricotta cheese + mushroom pizza ($16) and paid an extra $1 for hot honey on top and it was SCRUMPTIOUS. litr licking my lips and the sweetness of the honey really made it whole. That extra $1 was so worth. The price was totally worth imo and the bread was not your typical pizza dough, it was a thick bread kinda action (I have no idea what it’s called) My friend got the renegade burger w/ garlic fried and she said she was really craving burger so she said it hit. Fries were very unique in a cut I’ve never seen them before like I litr have no idea what they’re called but I tried a lil and it was really good. And omg the lemonade was ELECTRIFYING. fully worth the $5. I could taste the true LEMON and it wasn’t complete sugar. My friend said she prefers it sweeter but it was perfect for my taste, I loved it. It was a truly beautiful artisanal lemonade delightful to my eyes and taste buds. Overall, I would love to come back here to try more of their food. I litr have no complaints.
Cons: No WiFi, minimal parking (about 4 or 5 spaces in the parking lot), minimal options to customize the drinks. I asked for vanilla latte with cinnamon and they don’t have vanilla syrup or cinnamon.
There is cutlery, napkins, and hot sauce upstairs available!
The bathrooms are upstairs so not disability friendly.
Items ordered: Oatmilk latte with house made brown sugar syrup; old fashioned inspired iced oatmilk latte; crunchy avocado toast with eggs and bacon; truffle shuffle deep dish pizza
