The people who work here are clueless. They never get your order right, they don’t understand anything that is said. There is one nice sweet girl who does work there she’s the only person who seems to care. Every time I go here something in my order is messed up. It’s unfortunate.

This location on Washington st Woburn is never stocked with right food items. When you items on the Mobil app available the store should have it. This is the third time this has happened and now you terrible review. You waste people’s time by making them wait for you to make something else. I asked them to toast the baegal. ITS STILL HARD AND STALE. I made it clear for them to toast the baegal. Just like everywhere else the language barrier is unreal.

Saturday November 8 at 5:53 am , the female cashier order taker whatever have you handed me a breakfast sandwich that said extra egg added only there was not an extra egg added. Found this out miles away so hear I am writing my review. I’ve only gone to this place because they are open early and convenient. So everyday I order the same thing. Double egg bacon no cheese on English muffin. The muffin is never toasted. And they always tell me to move to the front parking lot. Well you know what ? Not today. I kindly reminded her that here in America every customer is treated the same , and your not going to whisk me away from the window so you manager can get props or whatever for being a good doggie to his or her higher ups. She told me corporate timer something something I could barely understand her broken English. Well she understood me ,not moving today.

Every time I come to this location my morning is completely ruined, every time I come here I try to speak very slowly so they understand English and every time I get the wrong order … I always get the wrong order … it’s not hard guys! Management here needs to get fired. Please hire people that speak English. I am done coming here until you guys hire people that speak the language and understands .

Edit : came after Christmas because I got a gift card … biggest mistake I ever made … came to the drive through and ordered a simple hot chocolate … waited in line like everyone else ….finally my turn comes and I was told to pull forward …. For a simple hot chocolate … I waited and waited and I believe I was forgotten so I left ….
Edit : came back to this location …… the new people here that replaced the zombies from before put drive through first so if you got a job do not walk in … use the drive thru, i never got my food I stood there forever waiting …. Stop putting people that have language issues in the register taking orders … you guys need to hire a better team … who is running this place . You should be ashamed . I paid 10 dollars for a coffee since I never got my food .

I ordered the meal deal. Then I added a large hot regular. We were going around and around and a woman who seems to manage the place came over. They said they do not know how to credit a credit card!! (She seemed angry at me) I left without Beverages or food. Just a credit card slip that was up to me to chase after getting a refund through my company. Apparently, they can’t communicate with each other because someone who appeared to be a manager manager or owner, followed me out to my car to have the same exact conversation.
I told him they should learn how to do a credit card refund. He said he agreed, but my instinct says that they did nothing about it. ♀️ (Oh – the Angry woman Mgr(?) took my Coffee & food Away – to make Sure I Didn’t get Anything for ‘Free’)

Used the drive thru to order breakfast. Upon pick up missing drinks. I asked for the second coffee and the employee at the window said I only ordered one. I said that I requested 2. She did not like it and took my card again. Once I stopped on the parking lot to check, no napkins. I had to go inside to pick it up. What is the point of the drive thru if the customer has to walk inside to pick up stuff.

The other day when I went to Dunkin’ Donuts I ordered a macchiato. My drink was okay. I asked for almond milk and they gave me something else. The staff was very nice though. The bathroom was a bit messy.

Dyed Red hair girl was RUDE AF, aaand forgot my vanilla in my latte, probably busy hating all the men in the world for no reason. Nice & clean. Looks new inside. Everyone else was super nice. Mobile order was cool until they messed my order up… And these people want to minimum wage increase. ya right…..

This is the most inconsistent Dunks I have ever been to. You will get one of these three experiences; everything correct and in a timely manner typical with most dunkins, everything may or may not be correct and you will wait ten minutes in the parking lot for a wakeup wrap and a coffee, or everything will be wrong/ terrible quality. I have found these three to be the most common occurrences. Only go here if you have to.

Classic Dunks, bathrooms available parking and a drive thru, also found it great that no one pulled through the parking spot as all the signs on the side of the lot ask to do. Myself included It’s quite funny
