Placed a drive thru order and when I went to pick up the order up the manager who was working the drive-through window, said there was no such order that I must’ve got the wrong store. I showed her I ordered from 22 Belmont Ave. she looks around and says we don’t have the order you’ll have to go on. We don’t have your order. I said you have my order. She said no we don’t. It hasn’t come through yet. I said impossible. I gave her my order number 186. She says we’re already on 194. I said then you have my order she went and looked the third time finally came back after five minutes of arguing with me trying to get me to leave and walk away from my $12 plus order and had it. It had been sitting there all along I said in frustration, you guys really need to get your act together she says don’t come back then we don’t need your business. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. I went back to get her name. She refused to give me her name the workers around her protected her. She hid around the corner so I couldn’t get a picture. This place is a joke if I was the owner I d fire this rude obnoxious lady you don’t treat customers this way I didn’t treat her rudely. I wasn’t angry. I just said you really need to get your act together and she copped a major attitude when it was all her problem and failure but I will take your advice and not patronize this location ever again.

Coffee is always great but thats about it. I ordered a bacon grilled cheese. What I got was a cold, bacon egg and cheese croissant with some weird mystery sauce. I took one bite and spat it out, horrible. Service is usually great when they aren’t arguing with each other.

Waited 20 minutes for my online order it was completely wrong, because of it I’m late, I called to let them know that my order is completely wrong and the manager told me that they make it by the label which is obviously not true as you can see by the picture, then she proceeds to tell me that if it was wrong I should have brought it back in. Not everyone has time to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and certainly don’t have another 10 minutes to have them mess it up again.

Absolutely the worst dunkin’ donuts I’ve been to ever. Of the five times I’ve ordered curbside only once has it actually been delivered to my vehicle and I didn’t have to go in for it. There were line crews there who had ordered for 30 people and they had a total of two people working in the restaurant. Those two people were slow and all they did was run around and complain about how much they love their job. My food was cold and disgusting.

Unfortunately we don’t go here anymore. We had a few disappointing wrong orders, and some cranky behavior by employees coming across really overwhelmed, but things happen. But the last time we gave this place a try was it. Never again. The young man taking orders at the drive was so inexplicably, over the top angry and rude, almost aggressive, just taking a straight up easy Dunkin Donuts drive thru order. It was honestly some of the most bizarre behavior that I have witnessed from an employee anywhere. We thought about driving off mid order, he was so ridiculously rude, but we were starving and kind of shocked. I really wish we had just driven off. We knew what we wanted, I was polite. The guy kept saying “is that it?” in a rushed irritated tone after each of the 5 or 6 items we ordered. After a few of them I said in a friendly tone “there’s going to be a few more things” and he actually made some frustrated snort or something. My teenage children couldn’t believe what we were experiencing. At a drive thru! The food ended up being inedible it was so undercooked. I have been going through drive thru’s for over 30 years and have never experienced anything close to this. A young woman took our money at the window and I was very nice and then after a good amount of time a young man thrust a bag of food out the window clenched in his fist with a strange look on his face. We drove in silence for a minute like in shock at what we had just experienced just getting food. Like did that really just happen? All of sudden both kids are spitting mouthfuls of food out the windows in the back seat! I mean these are teenagers who I have seen eat some awful looking stuff like giant gummy snakes and the spiciest chips on the planet and they actually spit out the food and apologized saying they couldn’t eat anything and guzzling their drinks to get the tastes out of their mouths. My sandwich was wrong, and suspiciously wet, one of theirs was wrong on top of not being cooked and we just threw it all in the nearest trash can. Too crazy an experience to ever go back there. We had to buy food elsewhere. Dunkin Donuts franchise quality control really needs to go check this place out posing as customers. We went around 3:30-4pm on a weekday. This place has steadily gone down hill over months. There is another Dunkin Donuts down the street. That’s the only one we will ever go to now and they’re not perfect, but nothing like the craziness at this location. I know this is the longest review ever, but it really happened.

Was jonesing for a Dunkin but after going here I had to remind myself why I don’t really like Dunkin. All my donuts were thrown in a bag instead of a box so my Boston creme donuts got their chocolate all over the other donuts. Just lovely. They weren’t wrapped and it was a complete mess.
I ordered from the pick up kiosk and the person who arrived 10 minutes after me got her order before me and hers was a larger order..if they have a system they need to follow it better.
The coffee was bland and didn’t taste like much.
If I’m gonna go off the healthy eating ranch I won’t be going to Dunkin. I don’t understand why’s it such a big thing here in New England.

Just went here a 6pm to pick up an order. Doors were already locked, and could visibility see the employee doing the closing prep. Went through drive thru to get the pre-ordered donuts, waited 5 minutes in drive thru even even though we were the only customer, only to be told they were completely out of donuts. How does a donut shop run out of donuts, and then continue to allow customers to order them? This location needs a new closing staff.

This is the only Duncan I actually enjoy. There sandwiches, bagels and toast are very good and never. Have that burned or chemical cleaner taste the other local Duncan’s can’t seem to get right. The coffee drinks are top notch in my opinion, consistent quality and made correctly, thank goodness for you all, I really appreciate your hard work, please let the other Duncan know your secrets they really in help . In my book your 10 stars
