First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Stereotypical breakfast spot serving traditional dishes such as corn hash, eggs, bacon, omelettes, pancakes, and sandwiches. The 2 for deal ( half sandwich, half salad, half soup) option for $11.99 is such a great deal IMO. The “Million Dollars” bacon came out super crispy but way too sweet IMHO bc they drizzle it with massive amounts of maple syrup. The barbocoa chilaquiles breakfast platter is full of flavor and heavy. Floridian pancakes were typical style. The interior decor looked simple, modern, and clean. The servers were super friendly and they even had a quick celebration for a colleagues birthday in the kitchen- which was sweet and cute.

First Watch is honestly one of the best breakfast spots around! The food is super fresh, the flavors are amazing, and everything tastes like it’s made with real care. The service is friendly, the restaurant feels clean and cozy, and the menu has so many good options, whether you want something healthy or something more indulgent. Highly recommend!

Came here 3 days in a row because Noah was amazing and the food is so fresh and yummy! I’m always nervous about eating out because of my allergies and Noah’s “I got you!” and attentive nature gave me and my wife so much peace of mind which is priceless. Over the course of 3 days, we had chilaquiles, carne asada breakfast tacos, waffle combo, turkey sausage and biscuits, kale tonic and it was all SOOOOO DELICIOUS!! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu as well as the staff, we also had Candace as a waiter and she was awesome as well! I really hope management continues to nurture, cultivate and invest in this team – both financially and professional development – these are great folks that any manager could dream of having on their team! Thanks for everything Noah!

Noah was our server and he was so so super nice! my boyfriend and i are at a resort nearby where the breakfast grill was closed for that day, so we had to pick a place to go to fast, lol. Anyways thankyou for the delicious food we ate everything and it didnt leave us with that “ooo were so uncomfortably full” feeling, i feel so great! the kale juice tonic was also so amazing.
