Went to the drive through to save time.. they car hop who brought out my food said she didn’t have chang.. went inside and I seen her taking out new orders and wouldn’t look my way.. obviously a scam she does and gets away with it.. I called the store and no one answered

I can’t say I was surprised by how long it took to get my M&M Sonic Blast, even with no one else in line. The slow service at this location is pretty consistent, which is why I usually try to avoid it. Unfortunately, it was the most convenient stop on my way out of town.
The broken order screen didn’t help the experience and only added to the overall rundown vibe. It’s clear the location is in need of some staffing and maintenance updates. The food itself was fine, but the wait and lack of urgency from the team made it a frustrating stop. Only worth it if you’re in no rush.

Great customer service! I just didn’t like that we ordered online and placed sauces on the order and didn’t receive any. As well as the boba popping should be on the bottom not the top so you can enjoy them during your drink not at the end. Everything else was fresh, hot, and delicious. With the app you can get drinks half off at anytime and they have deals on food items in it as well.

I waited 5 minutes for my online order and the screen said it had been dropped of it me when it had not. Then I had to ask for my Order. Then I had to ask twice for my drink.

When you pay for extras in your drink and you don’t get them. That really pisses me off. I didn’t trust them to remake it. Strike 2 for this location. I will not be back again.

I jst got a water and it took 15 minutes plus they filled it completely with ice. The employees were laughing on the mic doing nothing plus the drive thru you pull up to it and no one answers you. You have to go to the stalls to order. Would not recommend. “Edit the drink took 2 sips and it’s gone”
