Mondo double cheeseburger was delicious, very juicy and thick. Huge burger! Their fries & chicken strips are the hit as well.

The new people running it have ruined this place. Which is a total bummer because Umatilla doesn’t have many options for dining. The food quality has gone way down hill, most of it tasting stale, dried out, frozen instead of fresh, and the prices have actually increased. And the customer service is just as bad. Huge disappointment.
Definitely the best place I’ve been to in this area. And probably the best chicken strips I’ve EVER had anywhere! Service is consistently great, fast, and food is always piping hot and fresh. They make their own dips and sauces, the ranch is so yummy! A great little mom and pop, drive in type joint. Sit outside or inside, enjoy a thick handmade milkshake, or a juicy burger. Everything we’ve had here has been wonderful. Keep it up guys!!

We stopped nearby in our big truck. I walked over and got 2 cheeseburgers and fries. Absolutely the best burger either of us has had in a very long time. The fries were perfectly done and salted just right. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be stopping by.

Best burgers in eastern Oregon, this small locally owned restaurant does the food how they did it back in the 80’s! It’s authentic and made fresh when you order. I love their chicken salad and my kids love the mondo burger. Also has the best soft serve ice cream!

My boyfriend and I just came here and it says they close at 9, they closed 15 minutes early because we got there 15 minutes before they closed and turned away four customers total because of that! That’s a bit of money the owners could have earned. I usually love this place and was excited to have a milkshake. I will still come here just upset they closed 15 minutes early. My boyfriend and I make two and another customer came up and was going to get her and her friend something so that equals four. Pretty disappointed that we couldn’t get something before our drive back to tri cities when we thought they were “open”. :/

Still have the best milkshakes! I used to come here every day when I was younger and get a banana milkshake! I took my wife there and she loved it! I hope this place never closes cause I want my kids kids kids to be able to experience something so good!!!

Well people I don’t usually ever write a bad review, but I’m totally blown away. We went and got food today. I ordered mushrooms, had never been here before. The mushrooms were $5.25. Imagine my surprise when i opened my bag at home and had a whole 5 mushrooms in it. That is totally outrageous. They should be ashamed at that kind of price. If they were big, might be somewhat understandable but i got 3 little ones and 2 medium sized. Omw how do they even justify it. Over a dollar a mushroom? I’m so disappointed.
