I recently visited this establishment to try their Venezuelan-style hamburger. While I appreciated the concept, several aspects of the experience left room for improvement.
• Ingredients & Presentation: The hamburger was served without a standard patty with well seasoned prime beef were shredded beef or chicken often that style didn’t represent the typical version of Hamburgesa found in Venezuelan. Key toppings such as lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, and egg (listed as optional) were missing, which impacted both flavor and authenticity.
• Service & Setup: First-time visitors may find the service model unclear. It operates more like a food truck—guests place their order, close out, and then retrieve their food themselves. There is no table service, and tipping expectations aren’t well explained. On the positive side, the presence of clean restrooms is a welcome feature.
• Taste & Value: The portion size was generous, but the flavor was average and the price point felt high considering the missing ingredients and self-service format. While the meal could be enjoyable in a casual setting, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations for a return visit.

A quien pueda interesar, decidimos venir a comer a este lugar un grupo de amigos por lo que hicimos 5 órdenes por separadas; las 3 primeras órdenes estuvieron bien pero las últimas dos totalmente un desastre no nos dieron lo que pedimos y para rematar la última orden no la tomaron es decir no salía la orden por lo tanto no la hicieron estuvimos esperando 1 hora para finalmente irnos sin comer, no recomendamos este lugar, ya que al preguntar por nuestra orden las muchachas que preparan la comida se molestaron. Espero no pasen por algo así si deciden venir

En cuanto a la calidad de la hamburguesa, una hamburguesa exquisita debe tener ingredientes frescos y de alta calidad. La carne jugosa, el pan suave y los acompañamientos bien equilibrados son clave. Además, la presentación y el sabor son fundamentales; una hamburguesa que se vea bien y tenga un sabor excepcional seguramente dejará una impresión duradera. En resumen, un excelente servicio al cliente junto con una hamburguesa de calidad superior crea una experiencia gastronómica memorable los recomiendo al porciento les prometo a todas aquellas personas que me siguen que cuando vuelva a visitar el lugar les posteó una foto.
