The manager here like to dip out when it is rush hour or lunch hour and leave their employee by herself. The employee try her best to get all the orders out and ring us up. Also, there were no more soda in the machine. There were no drinks in the fridge, the chips were running low. The food was a typical subway but man, i was feeling bad for the employee doing everything by herself with no bad up. While her manager dip out and ran to her car so she won’t do anything. please do better and get better manager so they can help their employees.

The manger is not taking job like they should. Have a door dash order that has taken them 30 min to fill. The employee she is leading is constantly talking to her friend that is sitting at a table across from the bread. The manger name is Red. That is what she has on name tag. This is second time being in here today. Nothing has changed service is really really bad !!!!!!

If I could rate a zero I would. Terrible experience had me extremely stressed and angry. Placed a delivery order that took 26 minutes longer to deliver than should have. Order was wrong. Couldn’t get delivery driver or store on the phone so I did a Facebook search and found the managers name. Posted on there and the manager called me immediately, that was the only good thing. Had to return for the rest of my order and got 2 extra sandwiches, apparently they were out of what I was missing, this took 20 minutes longer than it should have. Store had only 1 employee working the line until the manager showed up to ring me up. Charged me for the 2 other sandwiches even though they had messed up in the first place. Felt like they could have done something nice for me since they messed up to begin with and I paid all the extra fees for delivery but had to go to the store anyways. Awful experience. Will never recommend this store or DoorDash in the area.

Subway is horrible. Always out of everything. I ordered a BLT got RAW bacon and one tomato no lettuce cheese or mayo. Told an employee and she laughed. I wish they’d just close it permanently. Subway in EC has been the worst the past 5-6 yrs

No stars are given! As I entered into Subway on yesterday the GM Scott was sitting there texting on his phone. A young lady was at the register; so as I began looking at the young ladies daddy (who was waiting to take her home). I said nobody’s working today. That’s when Scott tells me to leave his store before he call the police on me. Know that I wasn’t even talking to him but he looked at me and said GET OUT! Then acts as if he’s going to call the police but I stood outside waiting on the law to come.
I later learned that he was mad and upset because first shift didn’t leave him set up and nobody had gotten to work. All of that I understand but why tell me to leave.
I will never ever go back to Subway as long as he is there.

Did not get my second cup for drink or my second bag of chips for my second combo. There were no cups out and the counter that keeps food hot was soooo nasty. Dried sauce in looked like inside and out. Sandwiches were fair but sloppy the way it was assembled. This actually was one of the better Subways but I can’t say that anymore.

Nasty nasty nasty.. they never have bread or meat. The veggies are OLD!! and when I say old I mean turning brown old. I’m sorry you can’t use veggies from two days ago… very RUDE STAFF… Elberton needs to seen someone in there to check on food safety… we all no they will not pass… close them down…
