The food is good. The people were nice. You can dine in our carry out.

Food was awful, no flavor.
The rice was so greasy I could only eat two bites before I was sick to my stomach.
So expensive just to have it thrown away because the quality was so terrible.

I’m a regular paying customer. I spent a fortune 50.00 on old disgusting food. I think I caught food poisoning the fried rice had a bad smell to it. My son threw up. This is old food they warmed up from hours ago. When I call to complain they totally denied it. I would never buy from them again. Don’t buy food from them. I am going to report them to the health department.

I work downtown and used to order delivery. The price for delivery says one thing (used to be free over $15.00 now $2.50 but I get charged more money than advertised). So, now I try to pick up when I order. I have found these things to be consistent in my cases; they never ask you if you want your soup or a pop with your lunch specials. (It was advertised to be included with the price.) I am usually in a hurry and forget until after I look in the bag that I should have been given a soup or a pop. Ultimately, that is on me. When I do remember to ask for a pop, they still forget to put it in my bag. At first, I assumed it was an innocent mistake but the frequency of it occurring in my opinion leads me to believe it is on purpose. If you do not want to give pop or soup then do not advertise it. Its just this lady’s opinion but I just think you are cheap and always ripping me off and it makes me mad. Unlike some of your other reviews, I think your food is good, that is why it is a shame that I never want to go to your restaurant. So, for the cost of a can of pop, you lose customers and get a bad review. In my case it is about 3+ pops but the last one is the last time.

Worst establishment in Erie. I ordered lo mein with some honey chicken. Lo mein tastes like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes and blew the smoke in the noodles. Smells like cigarettes cold. And I called Happy garden to ask them for a refun and or a reimbursement they got an attitude with me. Started yelling at me on the phone. Not professional at all Would I recommend this restaurant to anyone? No, don’t order from them. Disgusting

Must have been there on an off day, because the moo Shu pork had very little pork, zero mushrooms (I have a picture) and the orange chicken was tiny bits that seem to have been dipped, fried and dipped again because it was basically batter. Would have taken it back but we live in Harborcreek.
Won ton soup good.
Egg rolls very small.
The restaurant was pretty clean but it looked like nobody used it for a year, weird lighting.

The owner is very disrespectful. The online service double charge your account if you order online. If you order over the phone your order cost more than online. Their egg rolls are really greasy and not stuffed well. The orange chicken and general chicken taste the same not bad but no difference at all, I had to call to see what chicken was what. Beef lo mein was all noodles and very little meat, and their pork fried rice was perfect but you have to pay $1 to add an egg which I thought fried rice came with egg already. If you do not watch your account or checking pricing you may pay more than you should. I literally had to call my bank so they can get them to refund one of my charges which was over $60.00. The delivery driver was awesome, so I hope he got to keep the full tip.
