I know the egg and sausage in this wrap are supposed to be cut in half, but this looked like someone literally took bites out of the sausage and then served it to me. There is no universe where this is an acceptable portion or presentation. It was jagged, uneven, and honestly disgusting.
I couldn’t even eat it. The fact that this left the kitchen like that is unbelievable. This is a major sanitation issue and a complete failure in quality control.

The food places in Commerce have genuinely horrible service and food quality (besides Wendy’s, they’re amazing every time) but Dunkin is consistent with good service and good food! The service specifically is amazing every time. Sweet, genuine, and joyful attitudes and they are super accommodating and that’s not something you get nowadays from fast food spots, especially not in Commerce.

Awful! Only 3 donut holes left, no chocolate icecream for a Cappy! In drivethru, paid, apparently the kids/ employees working were having too much fun inside to pay any attention to us after taking our money, we waited and waited finally drove off after not getting out complete order!

I went by for my regular peppermint mocha Signature latte and today had no peppermint in it whatsoever after I waited like five minutes for just wondering, and then when I pulled back around to tell them, it was missing peppermint. The lady took the drink from me. I guess she just added peppermint and probably mixed in the whip whipped cream, and whatever was on top because when she had it back to me and now has peppermint, but no whipped cream or anything on top. I just don’t understand why I’m paying six dollars for a drink that just cannot be made right apparently Even the second time… The girl was nice though.

I visit atleast twice a day. The staff is absolutely amazing!! Amarie…might be misspelled and Ian along with a few others. They are so sweet and nail my order everytime. Always a great friendly smile. I look forward to seeing them every day!! I go thru drive-thru and they hear my voice.. call me by name and ask me to pull around. They already know my order. I dont get just a basic coffee.. I add two shots of expresso and no cinnamon sugar. They get it right everytime. Kuddos to them on a great job in my opinion!

On my first visit to the store I was very pleased however I tried to use Uber and it was a complete fiasco. I do not recommend using Uber in the store whatsoever. My order kept showing being prepared past the time that it was supposed to be already delivered. I called the store to check on the order and they said that they did not receive the order.
They kept telling me I probably sent it to the wrong store but I was looking at the app and it was definitely for the correct store because it shows the address which is their address. They told me that unless I would bring the app in and show them the address matching that there was nothing they would do? Umm.. Isn’t the point of using Uber the fact that I can’t get into the store, I was out of the area and ordering food for a friend. I asked if I could take a screenshot and text it to someone there and they said no. They offered absolutely no help on a solution. A manager said that she was going to call corporate and call me back which never happened. After ordering food from another place evidently a couple hours later the order went through to their store and was delivered but no longer needed and I was charged for it. Their service that they offered in resolving the situation was beyond horrible.

Ordered ahead on the app. It still wasn’t ready when I arrived. I understand it being Christmas Eve it being so busy, but that’s not the workers fault. They need more help on busy days. 3 workers doesn’t cut it. From drive thru, mobile orders, & walk ins they definitely need a lot more help. I can tell the workers are overwhelmed with orders because they don’t greet anyone or even smile.
