The coffee here is delicious and it’s in a great spot on the water. Unfortunately the food is all pre-prepared and is not very good. Additionally, the management is extremely rude to both customers and their staff, I have witnessed them berate both parties on multiple occasions. It’s too bad there isn’t other good coffee in town.

My frittata egg was microwaved and was cold. When questioned they claimed it was a “high speed oven”. I don’t think they know that those are actually microwaves combined with convection fans… similar to what is used at Starbucks.

Either way, their machine “rapidly warms” their pre-made egg pucks. They claim they’re “Made fresh daily” which actually isn’t a lie, they make them everyday but when 6 hours has passed, are prepared eggs really still fresh? “Made fresh daily” and “made to order” are very different things.

I originally gave this place 3 stars for their decent coffee and location, Mary’s comment on my feedback is unprofessional and incorrect, I am lowering my rating to 1 star.

Mary please take a look at your ovens, they use microwaves to warm the food, it’s possible that you were unaware of that fact. If you respond in a more professional manner I will change my review back to a 3 star.

Go to any Lucky Finn and the food, drinks, and service will be worth it. Recommend the matcha, lattes, and overnight oats. However, there’s something magical about enjoying a custom drink and fresh breakfast sandwich outside, in the sun and breeze, overlooking Scituate Harbor.

We drove an hour to try this place out and we are so glad we did! They had an amazing bacon egg and cheese and the broc cheddar soup our girls has the acai bowl and we got a mocca late. The girls who worked there were super nice. Helped me figure out something the kids would eat because they ran out of bagels! Also great view of the harbor. A must go to.

Avocado BLT? Yes, please. What a charming waterfront coffee and sandwich shop.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a delightful little coffee and sandwich shop located right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Scituate Bay. This cozy establishment truly captures the essence of a charming seaside escape.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by attentive and cheerful customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the menu as it was my first time there. I decided on the avocado BLT wrap, which turned out to be the perfect size for a satisfying meal, especially when paired with my cold brew iced coffee.

The decor of the shop is reminiscent of an old seaside establishment, adorned with nautical themes and vibrant merchandise that added to its charm and made a lasting impression. It’s the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time while enjoying the view and atmosphere.

One thing to keep in mind is the parking situation; since it’s a busy area, you’ll need to park at the public parking lot nearby. However, the experience inside is well worth the small effort!

Overall, this coffee and sandwich shop is a gem that I highly recommend. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a place to relax with a great view, this spot is sure to please!

This was a nice little coffee shop. It was tight inside but that was expecting from a small building suspended over the water. The vide was very nautical. My Americano was a good and my girlfriend really liked her flavored iced tea, they said it was better than Starbucks. The back deck (see photos) was a really cool spot to sit while siping on some coffee.

Such a good spot to sit and chill and/or work. Lucky Finn came as a recommendation from a friend, and it was a great place for the much needed break in my day. I had a mocha and the avocado and tomato bagel which I highly recommend. Stop by if you’re in the area.

It’s not the customers fault when YOU make a mistake. I didn’t chose the cup size when I paid(I brought my own), I asked it be filled to to the top, not halfway. I understand it is a large cup, then have your cashier charge me for a large, don’t call me “stupid” under your breath when your staff didn’t charge me the correct amount.

I’m not sure if this place is under new management or something, but this is not the first time I’ve dealt with this over the past few months. I’ve been a regular since I was 18 years old and have enjoyed my morning walks to the Finn with my mother. It’s too bad it’s changed so much, it’s a ritual I will miss.

Coffee/food/location excellent, but management was quite rude to me.

My wife & I were in town for a long weekend & were using Lucky Finn as our daily breakfast spot. On Sunday morning, we popped in before making our way to Gillette for the Pats game. I ordered an egg & cheese bagel on a plain bagel, because I have a sesame allergy. On the way to the game, I unwrapped my bagel & it was a sesame bagel rather than plain. Unfortunate for me, but mistakes happen.

I called the shop to ask for a refund because we didn’t want to drive back to Scituate while already on our way to Foxborough. They told me a refund would be issued when the manager got in, which was fine with me.

The refund hadn’t been issued the following morning, but I was going back to Lucky Fin for another round of coffee/breakfast anyways, so I asked about the refund when I went to order. The manager was taking my order & told me she hadn’t issued the refund & began questioning me about the prior day’s order, clearly implying she thought I was lying about receiving the incorrect order. It was so out of line that I left the shop without placing a new order or receiving the refund.

On the way home, I remembered I still had the prior day’s incorrect order in my car, so I went back to the shop to show the manager that it was incorrect & I wasn’t trying to steal from them. At that point, she did refund the bagel & apologize.

Hopefully this was just a one off event & not the way management typically treats customers. Very off-putting for an otherwise wonderful shop.

Love this coffee shop! We drove for miles without finding a coffee shop I would approve of! I liked the gifts as much as the coffee and want one to come to Dartmouth ! Cute little place looks like a chain but a great one to try! A few shops in the plaza worth checking out and a huge savers in the next parking lot! A Sunday drive I would repeat!
