Placed an order online. Came to pick it up per their procedures and was told they had to wait on everybody every car in the drive-thru line before they would even make my food. What’s the point of placing your order ahead of time if that’s their it said bull procedure? I truly have never seen that before. And it’s not like the line was so backed up that they were just overwhelmed. They literally would not start anything not placed in front of them before every car in the Drive-Thru was served.

It’s a drive-thru, so atmosphere is low. Chili dogs and fries, so food is pretty standard for what you expect. Service is a 4 with the actual staff, the drive-thru AI was annoying with about 2 stars for me having to keep repeating myself, so average a 3.

This is the Baton Rouge location. The young lady who waited on my family was very curt and extremely rude and acted like she could care less if we ate there or not. The food however was marvelous as usual. We have eaten at Wienerschnitzel’s for years in California, Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. There are times when my daughters and I make a special road trip to Texas, which is the closest to our homes, just to have Wienerschnitzel when we are craving it. We love the hot dogs and the chili. I frequently buy cans of the chili to take home to use.

Not too far from LSU. The food isn’t bad, but it’s always barely warm not hot. The employees are chill. Not as good as Cal Wienerschnitzel but it’s decent.

I had ordered bbq mac n cheese and this is what I received. Not to mention it was cold so not even edible. I paid $6 for this and it was my first time trying this chain. I politely called and asked to speak with the manager and the lady got defensive and hung up. 0/10 service.

We drove 9 hours from Georgia to visit this Wienerschnitzel since it is the closest one to us. Although we were really happy to be there, the hotdogs were undercooked and lukewarm. The fries were excellent as always. Maybe it was because they were so busy or maybe they were having a bad day..

Idk if maybe this location doesn’t back stock. But the buns this particular day were stale. Believe me you can tell when the bread is dry and old. Whatever the reason this is my favorite place to eat my comfort food. I drive into Texas several time a year and I make it a point to stop by a location in Louisiana. Disappointed in the hot dogs this one time.

I’ve been going here for a while now NEVER looked in the window but for some reason I just peeped & seen that they were not using gloves. I’m very particular about sanitation & clean hands when it comes to my food. When I mentioned it to the cashier at the window I asked for a refund because of my food being touched with bare hands & her response was “we don’t use gloves” “we never do” but they didn’t have a problem with refunding me, thank you for that. but they that just took it over the top for me. The food is good but it’s too much going around for anyone not to be using gloves around food.
