9/28/25- Geat meal here today. The food was delicious! The portion sizes were large. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. You order at the front when you first walk in, so there is a little pressure to order if someone is behind you. However, you are able to take menus to the table to look over the menu items a little more carefully. There are lots of vegetarian and vegan options. I will definitely eat here based on my experience today.

Low frill feel but high quality service and food! Order at the counter, delivered to your table so very hot and fresh! The Mongolian Beef had the perfect combination of savory, sweet and necessary heat! So scrumptious. I can not wait to go back. Thanks Fan Tang

The location is great, easy to get to and plenty of parking. The setting is nothing like any Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to (other than uber high end places. It’s like a cool little bistro with a great atmosphere. The service is fast and every staff member is efficient, courteous, warn and welcoming. I’ve saved the best for last…the food. Over the years I’ve been to many Chinese/Asian restaurants. From holes in the wall to very high end, where the food definitely doesn’t justify the cost. This is not one of those places. Fan Tang is by far the best Chinese food I’ve eaten in my life! In addition to the standard Szechuan items, they also offer at least one Cantonese dish that happens to be my favorite: walnut shrimp. It’s amazing here, as are the crab wontons. Light, crispy and not greasy at all. And the orange ginger dipping sauce is good enough to drink with a straw. I literally can’t recommend Fan Tang enough.

Got the fried rice the worst I ever had and was kind of warm I tried to eat It and I just couldn’t and to top it off there was some kind of metal string In the rice I didn’t want to make a seen so I just let it be and didn’t say anything there were quite a few costumers there to my surprise I don’t recommend It sorry to say. There’s a photo of whatever that was I crop it for close up.

The food has always been super tasty. I’m pretty disappointed in the egg on my Mongolian noodles. I order this dish the most. It used to have what is described on the menu as a hearty egg. But, the last 3 times Iv ordered this my egg is about the 3rd of what it used to be with no yolk at all. Just a small sliver of the white.

Phenomenal food! Soooo many dishes can be made vegan; even ordering online is easy as most dishes have a “vegan” radio button that can be selected. Fresh, good quality ingredients and amazing flavor! The only reason food didn’t get 5/5 stars from me is the fried rice tasted like it had been fried with something very burnt. Couldn’t get past the char flavor, but I’m sure that was a one-off and will try it again next time.

I ordered sesame chicken, shrimp fried rice, and white rice for takeout. The staff at the front were very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere of the restaurant looked really nice. The prices were also reasonable. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t taste great. The sesame chicken had a strong orange flavor and was overly sweet, and the fried rice lacked flavor—it just didn’t taste like good Chinese food. I really wanted to like it, but overall, it wasn’t a meal I’d order again.

Ordered takeout. Walked in, and the first person that laid eyes on me immediately stopped what he was doing to take my order. Upsold me some Nigiri while I waited for my food. Which I did not, because the order was ready, and hot comically fast. Having literally only taken the first shot of my sake, I had to try the food while I nursed the bottle. It paired perfectly, just like he (the young man with the edgar and the jesus piece) said it (general tang[egg noodle], crab rangoons, bowl of egg drop soup) would. Polished it all off there, like I didnt have plans to go to. Too salty(as a whole[except the rangoons]), will return.

We drove past. It smelled so good turned around and was so disappointed with the food. Little red Chiles were not fried long enough to be crispy. Tea smoke beef included the tea and stems, yuck. texture of meet was slimy. Not a good mouth feel. They were kind and replaced the dish with their coffee chicken, which is very good. The calamari was rubbery and batter wasn’t crispy. The enemies had a great sauce but would be better if they used snow peas. I don’t like putting food in my mouth and having to husk it. You do have to ask for drink refills. Ordering and paying at the corner for such a nice environment kinda kills the vibe. Not a fan.
