I made an order 2 hours ago for delivery.. figured they were busy bc the Super Bowl but they are just now calling saying it was for carry out.. why would they ask for our address the first time if it’s for carry out? And we just asked them to deliver it and they didn’t even ask for an address the second time so they definitely know it’s for delivery.
They proceeded to bring wrong order.. had to ask for a refund bc guy was trynna pocket $50 when he only gave us a 2 liter everything else was taken back bc it was wrong.. very unhelpful, and there was no discount offered, and when asked about the inconvenience the dude said “i cant help you with that.. no apology.. please do better

I normally had no problems here but the last 2 visits 2 new people both forgot to put pepperoni on my pizza. Although they offered to make me a new one or refunded my money. Whover the manager is needs to train the staff better. Today I witnessed an older gentleman there smoking outside. He came back in, didn’t wash his hands, then proceeded to touch all the pizza dough and ingredients with his bare hands! I notified the man that was refunding my money. Nasty! Today was officially my last visit.

Jeff has been great Time after Time after Time after time, I order my food, I go pick it up, I have no problems. The one time that I placed an order online, and show up with Todd behind the counter, not only does he give me an attitude for where I parked, he refuses to take my $50 bill. So I say okay I’ll be back I’m sitting outside, out of you because he told me not to park where I did, with exact change. I sit and I wait 25 minutes only for my order to be canceled. Todd decided, because I didn’t walk through the door before the order was completed, that I had “run off”, and cancelled the order. No food prepared, no food cooked, no order ready to be paid for. Nothing. After waiting 40 minutes. Todd’s very angry with his life he seems to be very dissatisfied with his job, and he sure as hell doesn’t care about making sure you get what you ordered. Look for new help Jeff, this is a really bad look.

Domino’s has become our go to take out. The food is always hot and delicious. The delivery staff is always prompt, courteous and helpful. I tend to get the “usual” for us. But, every so often we throw in something we haven’t tried and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s how I found my absolute favorite … the Sweet BBQ Bacon Chicken. It is just the tastiest chicken I have ever had. From the Sandwiches to the Pasta – It’s all very good. I don’t know about other Domino’s, but I don’t think ours is recognized enough for all their hard work and consistency. They do an amazing job. Our Saratoga crew is awesome!

I’m at the register paying for my food, I ask for 2 sauces to be added to my order. I pay not even 30 seconds pass between me asking and him grabbing my order. Forgets grab my sauce and I don’t notice til I get home.

Really sad to see how much the quality has gone downhill. The owner is a really sweet guy and he always rectifies any issues but lately every time I order a well done pizza all I get is a thin, wet doughy pizza. I miss the old dominoes, plus the manager is horrible whoever that guy is.

Next time I’m ordering a custom pizza in an attempt to covert my beloved Sammy into a pie. Replace the marinara with mango. Use chicken, pineapple, jalapenos and cheddar for toppings. Nom nom nom.

As much as I love dominoes don’t expect to ever get what you ask for. About 95% of the time I order a pizza I order it with the added topping/sauce of the buffalo sauce and it’s not just this location but it’s never on my pizza and I have to call back and if it was just here and there that would be one thing but I’ve been ordering for more than 8 years because it’s my favorite guilty pleasure but still in those eight years 95% of the time they can’t read their tickets and instructions.
