Guy wearing allied Universal shirt behind counter, not too friendly. Friend told him flood had sticky stuff, he walked away did nothing. My friend was trying to prevent a slip, but he didn’t care. Guess he is too good to even check floor.

I’ve always preferred Marco’s over other pizza places in Hermitage for their food quality, but the customer service during my most recent order was unacceptable.
I ordered a Greek Salad through DoorDash with specific allergy-related modifications, as I always do. The receipt clearly showed the correct order, but what I received wasn’t the salad I ordered. This was not a DoorDash or driver issue. The restaurant prepared and packaged the wrong item before it ever left their store.
When I called to have it corrected, I politely explained the situation and even offered to pick up the remade salad myself. The associate placed me on hold to speak with the manager, but instead of the manager getting on the phone, I was told my only option was to contact DoorDash and have them resubmit the order for a remake. That response is not acceptable. The restaurant received and fulfilled the original order, which means they had every opportunity to verify what they were making and ensure accuracy, but offered no compassion or accountability when they made a mistake.
Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them defines customer trust. The complete lack of accountability or empathy from management turned a simple fix into a poor experience. As much as I’ve enjoyed their food in the past, this location has lost my business due to the disregard for customer service, accountability and attention to detail.

You guys have the best pizza in the best cheesy bread cheese sticks. But you need to make it a party to ask customers when you’re taking their orders if they want that damn stuff you sprinkle all over everything you make. I for one absolutely hate it because it makes a mess. It gets all over my hands and sprinkles get all over my clothes and down into my recliner where I sit when I eat. You just need to ask the customer while you’re taking the order if they want that or not.

I’ve ordered multiple times now hoping they would get it together, but this is my last order. The food is always good, but every time I order now it’s over a hour late. If you don’t have enough drivers, that sounds like a management issue. I refuse to deal with this again. When you call you get a snoody girl saying we only have one driver, yep, sorry about your wait. Garbage service.

It’s 10:29 pm Wednesday June 5, 2024 Central time, this store is currently closed when it states closes at 11:00 pm on the website. I came in to pick my pizzas and wings. There weren’t any of the sauces as we requested nor did the employee bother to show the items upon picking them up. The wings weren’t cooked well done. I only go to this restaurant to get my food the way I like it to made and prepared therefore I expect such. This is bad experience for this store.

The pizza looked & tasted amazing! Fast delivery and the website gives updates on the status of your delivery order that includes a GPS map. My order was 100% accurate and I appreciate them making sure nothing was missing. I will definitely order pizza from this location again!

I didn’t capture any pics this time, but the food wasn’t HORRIBLE. Just slightly under cooked. I picked up a large all meat pizza from the location in Hermitage on Lebanon Rd. It was hot and soggy, but I put it in the air fryer to crisp up the crust. It was ok after that. However, I think all dining out food quality is going downhill especially compared to what we are getting charged.
