Update 3/9. Todays visit was amazing. It was because of the staff. So helpful and polite.
My wife ordered food for pickup although we planned to eat in, it was easier and faster for her lunch break to do it that way. Once we got in I sat at a booth amd my wife picked up the food. We were asked to move to the other side because they wanted to close down that side of the lobby at 6:30 pm. She explained that I have a disability concerning my back and the booths are the only comfortable option. The manager then laughs! We then explained we would be more than happy to take a refund and eat where we can sit in a booth. Oh the lady replied and handed us our food. After we ate for about 10 min the manager walks up to another table, the only other group on the side they wanted to close and let them know they were wanting to close and they were welcome to stay but needed to move to the other side. (The store closes at 9pm.) I just felt this is terrible customer service and business. Is this policy?
There was a google response by the store amd then I emailed and no response from store. And the review response has since been deleted. I see laughing at the disables is ok with this establishment.

Last night we ordered food for 3 people in the drive thru and we sat at the window for 30 minutes. They finally asked us to move up a spot. I had to go inside for another 15 minutes because they lost my ticket. I asked what the issue was and there was only 1 cook working on a Saturday night. No management was seen during this whole time.

It’s the best Deli around the area in my opinion. They have Excellent Rueben’s and very good Chicken and Dumplings too. Highly recommend to try and I will Gaurantee you will go back.

Waited 40 minutes for food that never came, saw all of it but one thing sit in the window for 25 minutes just getting cold before leaving. The cashier just walking by seeing the mess and just checking his phone while the server was rolling her eyes at another customer. The manager on duty didnt even know how to do a refund so he had to call his higher ups just to show him how to do that. Place is a JOKE to say the least

Ordered a spud have ordered one before it was nice and tan very yummy but this one I got today felt like it was made yesterday it was burnt very hard not much chill. Could not eat it going throw out this other half.may try one more time to see if it is any better

This is the first and last time we will order a cheese pizza kids meal! We placed an online order for pickup, initially for mac n cheese but it was “unavailable”. We arrived a little early and waited for my daughter’s order to be made. At home, she opened the container with her “cheese pizza” and said “Mommy I don’t want to eat this, it looks disgusting!” Pretty certain this is another menu item that should’ve been listed as “unavailable” online, because WTH is this?!?!? A hoagie roll with mystery sauce and “mozzarella” cheese?!?!?

They have tons of items to choose from and very good gluten free options.
I wouldn’t recommend their Mac n cheese, it’s very plain and bland to taste.. love their Southwest spicy chicken sandwich though..
