This is what and $8 “4 piece” get you 2 strips and one broken in half. Really disappointed-when I got to eat for the first time in 24 hours expecting all of my chicken strips. I have never had this issue at any other location.

Saw a few of these restaurants in the Wichita area. I’m always interested in local chain burger places. This one was conveniently near other stores I needed to run errands at. So I stopped for lunch.
Ordered the mushroom Swiss double burger on sourdough meal.
Sat down and did not have to wait long. The man behind the counter brought the order out to my table. Asked if there was anything else I needed..
Food was great. Fries were so hot you could not touch them. That fresh out of the fryer. Piping hot.
Another woman who worked there passed by. Asked if all was okay. Super friendly.
That means two employees there wanted to be sure my dining experience was excellent.
Impressive.
Good quality was great. I wish the portion size was a little larger. But it is not a complaint.
Would gladly come to this location again. They are doing things right. The staff cares.

I’ll preface this with how much I HATE being told to pull past the window, because it never goes well for me. I was given the incorrect order (which since I was pulled forward meant I had to go back through the drive thru) and then was told to immediately pull back past the window to get my correct order. Mistakes happen, but it’s annoying needing to go back through the line because you can’t let me sit at the drive thru window… designed for waiting at for food….
Slight redemption because the fries and ice cream were fire. But the burger wasn’t as good as it is from some other Spangles locations.

I hadn’t had Spangles in years. I ordered the Breakfast bowl custom lol no meat because of a dental surgery with French toast sticks and it was Phenomenal. Fresh and the staff were sweet and nice. Thank you.
