I have been there twice in the past week with an attempt to get a chocolate glazed / chocolate cake donut. The first time I requested chocolate cake— they gave me a chocolate frosted. Okay, I thought, I wasn’t clear enough. I can live with this.
The second time around I specifically said what it was called on their menu, a chocolate glazed donut. Specified I wanted the chocolate dough. Pointed to it on the menu. The worker spoke back to me and confirmed I wanted the chocolate dough, not the frosted version. Was handed my bag, drove away, and opened it to a regular glazed donut.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will not be returning. I feel sad and upset.

Be aware! They do NOT honor online prices. Holiday box is shown for $7.99 at the drive thru they charge you $13.99! That’s a $6 UPCHARGE! Manager gave directions to order online if I wanted that price. False advertisement. Sales scheme. Who has time to sit aside and place an online order when youre infront of the drive thru window early in the morning.

Lady at the drive-thru was polite.They only had a small selection available, so I ordered plain glazed ones. They were alright. The doughnuts were cold as if they were taken out of the refrigerator; I expected them warm.
