Good was delicious!! Came out super fast and hot. Hope was our server and gave up top niche service. She was on top of it. We came in late she was the only one on the floor and was a ROCKSTAR. I was very impressed and pleased. Definitely will be back. Such a cozy late evening with Christmas music playing. Cooks did awesome on the food. Nothing left on our plates!!

The food was not good at all hash browns burnt eggs and bacon were had a freezer burn taste. Pic attached was of food I did not eat, spoke to Frank the manager and her gave me a discount off of the entire bill for the inconvenience. Friendly and fast service. The coffee was good

I want to thank Shavontae for the amazing customer service and dining experience he provided my family. From the moment we walked in he took care of seating us, getting our drinks and making sure our food was ordered and served quickly. His smile and energy made us feel welcomed and at home. His personality is top notch! I’m a former Food Service Manager and Store Manager and would hire him and place him in a manage in training program. He truly has what it takes. I watched him the entire time I was in the restaurant, from taking care of guest experience to seating guests to cleaning tables he was doing it all and checking on guests to make sure they had everything they needed. He is simply amazing and wonderful.

Passing thru town. Friendly/welcoming staff, good food with large enough servings to share. Service was friendly and food came hot & in reasonable time for sit down meal. Not much left 🙂 Kat our waitress attended to all our needs and kept my coffee cup full. Highly recommend

Came here for a night out with our kids. The place was dead. The waitress brought us to our table and then SAT DOWN at the table across from us and asked what we wanted to drink. My kids were arguing over where to sit and she just sat there waiting…When she came back with our drinks she again SAT DOWN at the table across from. I was clear we were still looking at the menu and she just sat there and waited. It was awkward and weird. So we ended up just getting food for the kids and my husband and I got dinner elsewhere. My daughter got a hot cocoa that did not look right. She bairly drank any and she asked the server what it was the server said “honestly it looks like grease” why is there grease in hot cocoa and why were not offered a replacement or offered to take it off the bill. She didn’t even apologize.. there were more bubbles is the hotel cocoa but since my daughter wasn’t drinking it she was playing with. Stiring and then watching all the bubbles come back.

This was by far the one of the best IHOPs I have ever been to. We were on our way back from Alabama and we stopped at the Lake City location and our waitress.Kristina was wonderful. She was one of the best. The food was so amazing it was delicious and I think the girl that cooked name was Jadie I highly recommend this IHOP location.I will definitely be stopping at that location again when I return from my trip from Alabama. A++++++++++++++++

Debbie and the manager were wonderful and very accommodating to me being celiac. They were out of the gluten free flour for the pancakes so the manager herself personally made me a delicious meal of grilled chicken, mushrooms, onion, spinach, and roasted tomatoes. Very delicious and very kind service!

I was seated right away. Kristina was quick to take my order. She brought my beverage right away. My food was still hot off the grill. She is friendly and in my opinion, very good at her job. The pancakes were excellent as always. The restaurant was clean, including bathrooms. It’s always a pleasure coming here.
