First, I want to say I’ve always had great experiences with the employees at the 1414 Tillman Street location. Everyone there has always been friendly and helpful. But this particular employee truly takes things to another level.
Every time I walk in, I don’t even have to say anything. He recognizes me immediately — I’m honestly not even sure if it’s by my name on the bag, my usual order, or just my face — but he always knows it’s me. Even if I’m in the middle of talking to someone, he’ll politely say “excuse me,” come right over, and hand me my order. Then when my second order is ready, he’ll either hand it to me personally or bring it over to my table. He really goes out of his way every single time. He absolutely doesn’t have to do all that, but he still does, and it shows how much he cares about doing his job well.
What really stands out is how much easier he makes my day. I’m never standing there for 20 minutes wondering what’s going on or waiting for my food. I walk in, and not even a minute goes by before I already have it in my hands. I don’t have to say anything, check the screen, or even look for my order — he’s already on it. That level of attentiveness is honestly awesome, and I love it.
I’m not there constantly — maybe a couple times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less — but he is consistently on point every single time without fail. He’s always kind, professional, and attentive, and he truly sets the standard for what great customer service should look like.
On top of that, my food is always hot, fresh, and correct. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and I honestly think he deserves real recognition for how exceptional he is. He’s the best for real, and he absolutely deserves a raise.
I regularly order a Double Quarter Pounder, and more often than not I’m given a single instead. On my most recent visit, the burger both looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours before being served.
It’s frustrating because this location is so convenient to my home, but the consistent mistakes and lack of quality have made it to the point where I’d rather drive to a farther location just to receive the correct order and fresh food.
I don’t typically leave reviews, so when I do it’s because the experience has been consistently great or consistently bad. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location over the last few months have been consistently disappointing.
So my son just told me he supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes and bacon on his chicken sandwich.He say all he got was two bottom buns and little sauce of depression.He say they definitely hate their job and no love in his burger
I ordered a sausage bagel meal with a caramel frappe with 2 shots of espresso and if I haven’t overheard them say ‘no espresso cause the machine is down’ they would’ve essentially stolen $3.58 from me. Plus the sausage bagel ended up being a bacon bagel. They weren’t even that busy to have made the mistakes that mistake and if I hadn’t brought up the espresso situation they would’ve let me walk out with a completely different order than what I paid for. I don’t see what they would’ve gained from not telling me directly that the machine was down, them they couldn’t give me a refund cause the worker lost their code so I got pancakes to make up for the $3 discrepancy
Just nonsense.
I ordered here through delivery, a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. When my order arrived the fries, napkins, ketchup and straw were missing. I clearly ordered the full meal which includes the sauce and fries but these workers did not put any of those things.
I know it wasn’t the driver who stole it because when they gave me my order, the bag was sealed completely so no indication of that.
I get that it can be busy, but you think it’s acceptable to put 2 out of the 4 things I ordered and send me an empty bag? Not being able to put 4 things in a bag is beyond me. This place needs to do better.
