It wasn’t too late but inclement weather meant we were like the only people in the restaurant until a couple of parties arrived as we were leaving. Servers were still attentive despite doing the no customer maintenance work.
Pizza was good, better in person than when I got take out. It was just two of us, I think we got the medium or maybe large. Either way we could have gotten the smaller size. The feeds this meant count is accurate! I feel like I’ve had better Chicago style, but not in Columbus.
Over all pleased with stopping in.

I do not want to sound disgruntled, but this is the worst pizza, I ever had. The crust was half cooked, they put bunch of olives and cheese, it is bland and just cheese and olives for the veggie deep dish. Please do not waste your money, it is more gimmicy and less worth wait of 45 minutes.

Everything was great. We had the parmesan garlic fries and caesar salad as starters while we waited the expected 49 minutes for a deep dish special – sausage, onions peppers and mushrooms. The pie came out piping hot and that cheese pull!!! I don’t normally stray far from columbus style Pizza but this was a nice diversion. Toppings were fresh and great sauce to cheese to crust ratio. One slice fills you up. Service was very attentive and even served the first slice to get the cheese pull shot. Will be back.

This was probably one of the worst pizza places that I’ve ever ate it. When I sat down, I asked the waitress if the spaghetti had meat sauce she said yes we ordered a personal size sausage pizza. We ordered two salads and mozzarella triangles when I got my spaghetti. The spaghetti was marinara sauce, The sauce that was on the spaghetti looks like tomato soup and taste. Nothing like a marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce with meat.We never got our hors d’oeuvres until we asked for them. The salads were delicious, except for the dressing on the Caesar salad. When I told the waitress that I didn’t like spaghetti with marinara, she said that that’s the only way that it comes as with marinara or Bolognese and I had clearly ask her before ordering if it was meat sauce. So then I ordered three meatballs and ate the meatballs left the uneaten spaghetti with the red sauce on. It was offered an apology, but she left the spaghetti with the red sauce on my bill. Very unsatisfied customer

Don’t care for the edge crust. N I mainly taste cheese n tomato sauce not any pepperoni taste. Fries are awesome super crispy the way I love. I liked the pizza just wish tasted pepperoni. I usually go for this. Crust n lots pepperoni . I like. Crispy pepperoni pizza . But I know people like deep dish. So if you do this be the pizza to get. Definitely nice atmosphere n service. I don’t hate the pizza I’m just a thin crust guy. But I’m glad I tried it unfortunately Cleveland lost to Boston on 2 nd double header. But least they won the first game

We used the online ordering system and everything was a breeze. When I went to pick up, the workers were nice.
We got the Special Deep Dish. Like all deep dishes, this had a healthy amount of cheese. 10/10 cheese pull. I’m not sure if it’s possible, but I think the crust could have used a little garlic butter and I will ask to see if that’s possible next time.

Though it’s a chain, they’ve managed to maintain quality throughout. I didn’t eat in, but the interior is well kept and clean.

I believe Giordano’s is a great Chicago pizza brand, but I had an unpleasant lunch here. The dining room was great but the temperature was too low. My servers were good but my pizza came out slowly. The pizza tasted not good as the one that I have tried in Chicago. It was not cheesy enough and the “toppings” were easy to get off the crust. The price was also a little high. WiFi was provided.

Nice substitute for Chicago style Pizza Deep dish and Tavern. Also Italian Beef on the menu I’ll have to try next time. The chicken parm was some of the best Chicken we’ve had. Prices are good, lots of choices. Service was great, server had half the floor to herself. We never waited on anything
