My first time coming to try out this new location in Mandeville and for their first week or two I’ll give them a 4star. But I must say this is and will be an extremely busy location good thing I came in right before the rush began to start at 12pm. The taste of the food was good and temperature was great as well. Normal wait time, however 2 people working the front counter may be necessary to stop the line from running outside and a pile up in the front waiting area so quickly.

I have eaten wings everywhere, and I love trying out new places. I got a dozen at the new Wingstop in Mandeville two weeks ago, and hands down, they were the grossest wings I have ever eaten. Tough, chewy, abnormally large (steroids is my guess) and without any flavor by themselves. The place was a dump, trash everywhere, no one knew what they were doing, a total mess. Good luck, you will need it.

There was a worker with head in hands sitting at a table and no one helped me get my pickup order until a worker from the back noticed me. Also wings aren’t an even tossed in sauce. They just sort of sprayed it on lazily. Worst wing stop I’ve ever had or been to. Desperately needs a revamp and it’s brand new. Not a good sign.

Terrible attitude from the workers. I asked if they had any lids that fit their cups and the worker just rolled his eyes at me and pointed to the lids that did not fit the cup. I also witnessed them give attitude to another customer, but that’s not for me to get into. I’m surprised this place has any good ratings.

I can’t speak for the consistency or the service issues of some of the earlier reviews, but I ordered online today for dinner and was very pleased with my food. It was just as good as any other Wingstop that I’ve ever had. There did appear to only be one guy working, unless the others were just on break when I picked up, so I’m not sure how different my experience would’ve been if they were very busy.
Nonetheless, I’d give them a shot if you were hesitant after reading the early reviews like me.

Placed a very large order on the app, used a coupon. Paid. Got there and the place was busssssy. Order was ready when the app said it would be ready. Lady at the register greeted me with a smile, found my order, made sure I got it all and sent me on my way. Seamless. Food quality was exactly what I expect from Wingstop, which is amazing. So happy they’re here!
