Used to eat at Panera all the time, value is way down. Service was OK, stopped around 12:30 on Wednesday, short wait on ordering. Had a pick 2 with a half ciabatta cheesesteak and Asian chicken salad. The sandwich was good but VERY light on meat, the chicken salad had NO CHICKEN. I ate it, but probably should have asked why no chicken? Hmmmm… Chicken salad sandwich was very average. Best part of the meal was the French bread, even though I had to go back and ask for butter twice. Very stingy with the butter! Overall, the food is decent, but for $25, lots of options. (Also, entire floor was sticky, must’ve mopped with very dirty water) Final note: staff prefers to hide behind the counter and ignore customers questions. Unfriendly feel

This place i enjoyed. My wife eats with Panera Bread I don’t. Ive eaten or been in a Panera Breas in Maryland once, and it wasn’t like this place here. The staff was very pleasant and the restaurant was as clean as mine was, I retired from 24 years in the restaurant businesses in 2021 in California and relocated here in Georgia. The manager was Ashley and I was happy to see that she ran a great restaurant with a great team of workers. The sandwich and soup was very good, I had chicken and rice soup, with a half steak sandwich sandwich, my beige had Tomato soup and a salad. I’d give her Ashley and staff and food a 9.5 out of 10

Abby the so called “Manager” refused to give us a refund as we were missing 2 full sandwiches. We tried to place an order online and there “system” was down, so she claimed, we then walked in and placed the order on the kiosk and literally got “yelled” at by Abby as she said…to place a “cater order you need to call ahead” Well, we tried to call ahead Abby!!
We are a family of 5, literally ordered 7 items and this was considered a “large cater order”.
The food was disgusting (see photos) and their customer service is even worse! We will never be back!

Ordered on the app for pick up thru drive thru. Pretty convenient. Got everything we ordered. Service was decent and facility was clean. Food was less than stellar. We used to get their breakfast sandwiches. Loved them. Now it feels as if everything is processed from somewhere and sent over. Texture of microwaved eggs is not something I have ever wanted especially from a place where you pay more and more for less and less. Bring back the quality, please!

The food was amazing my first time trying black bean soup and the service today was 10/10 .. I was greeted by a young man asking if I needed anything and just general conversation. Which made the visit that much more enjoyable! I will make sure to come back soon !!

When we pulled up we wondered why there was a line out the door at the Waffle House next door. $60 later we know why. The employees here are hidden away in the back, no one is up front to give you the various things you need, like water cups, which were behind the counter. My husband’s food got cold just waiting for cups for our kids. The decaf coffee wasn’t ready? At 10 am? And then when we left the regular coffee wasn’t ready. The food wasn’t what I would expect from Panera and the pastries were stale (again, at 10 am?)
Truly terrible. Death by kiosk. Y’all come on now. Shut the kiosks off and just operate normally – face to face with customers so you know what they need and how your service is.

The food at this Panera location is almost always really good. Fresh bagels, bread and baked goods are all very good. The Take chicken and Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwiches are great for lunch. Service is always friendly. Steve is a great employee! Turnover seems to be pretty high as there are always brand new employees.
Sip club is highly recommended.
One complaint is general cleanliness. It’s clear they are lacking in this area. Almost always some small pieces of trash and crumbs laying around both inside and outside. This location needs a thorough cleaning on a regular basis.
