Love at 1st bite! 1st time here!
We inquired about a sicilian , but since they didn’t have that we ordered ½ veggie & ½ meat pie.
While we were waiting the owner came out and gave us a piece of the detroit pizza to try…. oh my God WOW! FANTASTIC! Will totally order that next time we go!
When we got home we ate the pie we ordered and it was also incredible!
Highly highly recommend this place‼️So delicious and such great wonderful people‼️

My wife and I’s favorite restaurant in the area. Recently moved to town and tried lots of different places but fire & ice continues to be our favorite. It’s phenomenal pizza at a great price. We switch between eating the Detroit style and New Haven Apizza, you can’t really go wrong. If you haven’t had it yet, you need to. Staff has always been kind, and on top of their game. Never waited more than 20 minutes for a pizza after calling to order. 10/10.

I was stuck in New Haven for 11 years for college and more and I can easily say that these folks make apizza better than some of the shops IN New Haven. Their apizza is absolutely aces. Beyond that the make the only Detroit style I actually enjoy. The lacing on the crust makes it and they do a great job making a Detroit that feels a lot more than just saucy bread.
Not only that but Chris and the crew are truly kind and awesome folks. They’ve always been patient with me talking their ear off as they work to slay the days orders while I’m crushing my pie. Sure, they don’t take trash from anyone. In my experience though, it seems like they match what they’re given. They’ve never been anything but rad to me. Then again, I also know what a New Haven apizza should look like.

I went here a few months back. I found out about this place by chance, and boy am I glad we did. My friends and I went to New Haven to try some of the New Haven pizza, and we always long for the pizza down in CT while we’re up here in Maine. This satisfied my cravings. I talked with someone who I think might be the owner, and suggested that when we go back down, we try Sally’s. The pizza was fan-fricken-tastic. There was no flop, a solid slice of pizza. Good char, good cheese pull, not overwhelmingly greasy. This is the closest that to New Haven style pizza that I can find in Maine (and probably the ONLY place). The rolled ice cream caught us by surprise. It was dang hot out, and it was very good! My friends and I are planning to come back. Full disclosure, this isn’t a full restaurant, seems more like a “to-go” joint. Definitely come here for good pizza AND ice cream.

Absolutely amazing! We got 2 of the Southies (buffalo chicken and pepperoni mushroom.) It was amazing, the pizza was cooked perfectly. The dough was so flavorful and truly was the best I’ve ever had, best pizza I’ve ever had as well. It was our first time going and we will definitely be going back. To all the people that leave bad reviews you just don’t know what amazing pizza tastes like. The staff was great and very friendly. I can’t wait to try the rolled ice cream next time we come back. 100% recommend Fire & Ice!!

1st time trying fire and ice pizza. Great products. Tried two different styles of dough. Being from southwest, i prefer the southie style dough. Sauce is on point and flavors are great. Cooked to perfection. And personable staff. Definitely going back for more.

Fire & Ice Maine is an outstanding local pizza spot in Windham with delicious pizza! They bring famous pizza styles—like New Haven and Detroit (to name a few)—to Maine, and it’s clear they invest serious time in training and research before introducing anything new. They’re locally owned, provide amazing customer service, and are deeply involved in giving back to the community. As a small business owner myself, I truly appreciate—and highly recommend—supporting a place that focuses on all key areas that make a business shine!
A large order is coming your way Dec 27 Fire & Ice! Can’t wait!

He claims it’s a special style but it’s so charred and thin that you can’t taste anything else. That might be a good thing though, the sauce was also horrible. The Detroit style looks like it could be good, but I won’t be trying it because the owner acts like a child online. If you do anything but praise him he acts like you shot his childhood dog, not a good way for any person to act, let alone as a business owner with their customers.

My son and I had a wonderful experience here for the 1st time and WILL be back. The staff is super helpful and kind, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. (Sorry my son cleaned house on your duck crane game but we’ve been paying them forward on Jeeps! Lol)
The food is absolutely where it’s at though… Incredible pizza and the rolled ice cream is divine! Can’t wait to go back!
