Was in town for work and figured I’d eat something “local”. Has to be the saddest $30 sub I’ve ever had. Supposed to be a hot sandwhich but the bread was cold and just not enough fillings for the bread size. People were nice but not something I’d ever do again.

Sandwiches were called in and almost ready upon pick up. Food was done as ordered. Great for quick dinner pick up. Has drive through too. P.s They make chicken nuggets for little people.

I purchased a turkey sub with double meat yesterday and to say I was disappointed would be understatement the turkey was horrible. I kept biting down on hard grisly pieces and was unable to finish the sandwich I honestly would have returned and spoke to someone in-person but I had to get back to work. I will say that the service is top tier and for that I am giving all 5 stars.

This is one of the best cousins subs locations! My food is always fresh and cooked as requested. **sub in a bowl is my low carb go to! Always double meat!**
I typically order online and pick up via drive thru! Today I happened to go inside to check out the vibe and it was clean and welcoming! I ordered fresh bread to go and it was cheap and delicious! Highly recommend for picnics, party’s or even school lunches!

Went in here twice. Ordered the same thing: Chicken Cheddar Deluxe, no onions, to go. Both times the place was empty of customers, both times they’ve given me onions on the sub.
This isn’t rocket science. If it were busy, maybe I could see a mistake like this happening, but both times I was literally the only person at the counter.
Both times I was attended by younger employees who seemed less than attentive. This time there were less onions, but this looks more like they started giving me onions, remembered, and rather than clean them off, continued with making the sub.
Not going there anymore, plenty of other establishments on that road that are cheaper anyways.

We did the drive through so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but I was in town visiting over the holiday weekend and had a craving for a Cousins Sub because I grew up with these sandwiches back in the 1970’s. It did not disappoint either. It was exactly what my memory recalled and the taste plus freshness was just on target like I expected from Cousins! Thank you for a satisfying meal down memory lane .

I am so glad that I stopped at this Cousins for a sub. It was a long day, I was tired and I did not feel like cooking. Charlie took my order and was without a doubt, one of the most pleasant, helpful, Cheerful and courteous people that I have run into at a fast food location!! Good Food, friendly staff and clean location. Drive thru and in-store is always a 5* experience. Unfortunately on-line orders are de-prioritized and take upwards of 20 – 40mins. IMO defeats the purpose of pre-ordering on-line doesn’t it. Thanks
