Ordered a large Kentucky bourbon with Cajun fries and a large lemonade. Didn’t get my lemonade until the person after me walked away with theirs and my Kentucky bourbon ended up being just bread, meat, and cheese. If they were out of certain items I would understand, but there wasn’t even a slight heads up.

I go to this OCharleys about once a month when I go to get my meds. the food is great I usually always get my fave Chicken philly. Well Friday when I went there was a woman working I hadn’t seen before. She wasn’t very customer friendly at all while she was fixing the food she kept wiping her face with her forearm an once her visor about fell off. Another patron saw the same an we looked at each other I said hmm interesting,,he said ya to say the least. NOT very hygienic especially while fixing food. Maybe she should be retrained,,,JS not sure I will eat there again if she’s fixing the food.

The website says this location located at the Fort Bragg mini mall closes at 7 PM. Arrived at 5:58 PM with another individual giving his order for his sandwich to be made in front of us. Worker told me they were closed and refused to take our order. One hour and two minutes before posted closing time. Even if the posted closing time was wrong and they closed at six, we arrived before six with somebody giving their order in font of us. Every other food location in the mini mall was open and taking customers. Unfortunate this company loses business because their workers are not willing to do their jobs.

Very poor customer service (January 12, 2020). When the online information and the hours posted at the restaurant state it closes at 6:00, customers should not be refused service at 5:40. I was “greeted” by an employee who, instead of welcoming me, simply stated, “We done for the day.” When I asked if they closed at 6:00, the response I received was, “We closed now.” When I said it was only 5:40, she walked away without responding.

Has a habit of screwing up orders. They remade my sandwich, and then added extra stuff like Mayo. When I told them I didn’t want mayo they wiped it off and gave it back saying they had wiped as much off as they could.

The employees here always act like you are the biggest inconvenience for them. I don’t know what the deal is with their staff, but a note to the manager – please hire better quality people or retrain on what it means to provide even just half-decent customer service.
