I stopped at this Sonic location simply to purchase a bag of ice through the drive‑thru. When I reached the window, the employee informed me they were “out of bags for ice until tomorrow.” I asked if I could at least have a complimentary cup of ice, considering the inconvenience. She said “one moment,” walked away, and returned several minutes later only to repeat the same line—that they were out of bags and therefore could not provide a cup of ice either.

That explanation made no sense, so I left and decided to call the restaurant to speak with a manager. They answered the phone and immediately hung up.

There are several issues here:
– No problem‑solving or flexibility from the employee
– No basic customer service
– No willingness to offer a simple, inexpensive solution
– Hanging up on a customer instead of addressing the concern

A cup of ice costs less than a dollar, two max. Losing customers over something so small shows a complete lack of training, leadership, and customer‑care standards. This experience was disappointing and unnecessary, and I hope management takes steps to improve service at this location.

Went and sat in a LONG line at this location. Sat for about 15 min, stuck between cars, before someone finally drove out of line, up to the window and had a word with them about not answering. When I finally received my drinks, the tea tasted rancid, the coke tasted like water and not actual soda, and the Sonic Blast had a dead gnat sitting in it. Will never come to this location again, and given the amount of awful reviews, this location is better off shutting down

I only crave sonic once in a blue moon. And every once in a blue moon, like a fool, I visit Sonic to get an Oreo Blast with extra Oreo… only to be reminded that:
A. I should’ve placed my order in advance bc they don’t take Apple Pay if you order on the spot
B. It is just going to be vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of Oreo.

Like.. guess I’ll try again in 3 months when another craving strikes but it certainly won’t be this location

I’ve come to sonic for an ice cream specifically a blast last time I checked m&m’s are supposed to be mixed inside all I see is white plain ice cream we requested for more m&m’s and we agreed that we had to pay for extra this stuff was still blank …. What happen I’m paying almost 6 bucks I would like to get enough m&m’s for me to enjoy because that’s almost a whole meal

I stopped by sonic after a long 12 hr shift, I hadn’t ate there in years bc of bad service and food. Well it seemed nothing had changed. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes, received my food only for my tots to be burnt, so the worker had closed the window, and I sat there for almost 10 minutes before they acknowledged that I was still sitting there. Tator tots were a dark color, hair was in them, it was just disgusting. So after requesting fresh tots I get them and they look exactly the same. So i said im tired im just going to leave but something told me to check my burger and it was completely wrong! So I went back had to wait again, the manager said he was sorry and would remake it himself, only then I got a greasy burger and that was made poorly and sloppy. I couldnt believe it, I also received mozzarella cheese sticks with no cheese in it. Sonic isn’t cheap, to have poor service and serve ppl food that is not prepared freshly and correct is beyond wrong. I ended up not eating the food.

I’ve never been so disappointed like I was tonight! The jr kids burger is the size of a mini burger that wouldn’t fill up a baby & the toaster burger is on some darn mini size texas toast but you’re charging full prices!! On top of that, the 2nd drive thru worker tried to get me to pay again instead of checking your system to see I had paid! A rip off & poor service!!

I live close by this location so I go by here a bit. It’s by far the most inconsistent location I’ve ever been to. My order is always getting messed up, they never get sizes right if you order a rt44 good luck it’s usually a medium, burgers never made right and things missing and good luck getting anyone’s attention because once they’re gone they’re gone

I ordered a cherry lemonade slush on June 6, 2025, and was first given the wrong drink. I was told to keep it since I had already been charged. I later discovered that the incorrect drink tasted strongly of chemicals, similar to nail polish remover. I immediately stopped drinking it and still have the cup sealed. I opened the lid and it has a strong chemical smell. I’ve filed a health department complaint and reported this to Sonic Corporate. This is a serious safety concern.

I usually enjoy coming for an occasional slushy but tonight it seems nobody wanted to be here. This clearly made my experience soar too! I ordered a cran-strawberry lemonade slushy, it came out watery with little to no flavor. I asked for a remake and was told that “they all come like that” and “there’s nothing we can do”. Okay, no problem, please give me a refund. Needless to say, my late night cold treat was ruined and my time was wasted. Please fix the machines and train staff how to make good drinks no matter what time of day it is.
