Customer service – Brandi was very rude and acted like we was inconveniencing her to make what we requested and the attitude, No customer service what so ever. Kayla I believe was learning her position was polite and we thanked her! The sandwiches were awful and we never take our receipt because its never awful!! I couldn’t believe our sandwiches were that bad. Horrible service and food tonight, very poor.

I was appalled by the experience I had with your employee. It was nothing short of down right rude! I tried to call the Belfast Subway for two hours straight. The call either was busy or it seemed when the phone did ring, it continued for quite awhile then disconnected. When I went into to order, I asked the associate that was making my sandwich if there was a problem with the phones. She turned to the male associate and asked. He indicated that there was no issue. I started to explain the situation and he cut me off and abruptly told me there was no problem. I looked at him, and said, excuse me, I’m trying to let you know there IS a problem. He looked at me and said, Don’t need the attitude. I was so taken back by this. I proceeded to pay for my sandwich and ask to speak with a manager. She came out of the back room and I started to to advise her about the associate and the phone. She didn’t address either of my complaints and said they sometimes have problems with the phones. She was lying. I could tell by the look on her face. They had taken the phone off the hook. I can’t prove this but I have called in the past and NEVER had an issue. I would like to have a notice that this was read and addressed.

Despite there being 4 employees standing there staring into space we waited in a 3 person deep line for 30 minutes while one guy made sandwiches at a rate of 1 per 10 minutes (I didn’t know if I was having a stroke or there was hidden cameras and Ashton Kutcher was going to jump out cause holy crap). I will be talking my daughter into waiting for the next town over from now, it will be faster.

Never been to this location before, and the minute I walked in the smell was atrocious!!! It smelled like chemicals and mold mixed….opposite of the Camden location I frequent usually which smells heavenly the minute you walk in. I almost walked back out but I decided to plug my nose and continue on….the lettuce was brown, she barely put any meat on my protein bowl, the tuna sandwich wasn’t fresh at all. I guess I’m just lucky none of us got sick eating from here. Nasty!!! I would rather starve then come here again.

We stopped here on our way through the area. It was clear they had just had a huge rush come through and they were relatively close to closing time when we came in. They were very polite in their service, we even sat down inside to eat and didn’t hear anyone grumbling about that. It was very nice to be able to do that and not hear employees complaining about it! Very nice place to stop and they have clean bathrooms!

There is one gal in particular there that does what she wants to do, not listening AT ALL to customer requests and always has an attitude like we are wasting her time and trying to make things overly difficult for her. She’s a nasty piece of work who touches her face, nose in particular, and hair often while making your food. I have on several occasions found her hair in my food. She seems to be under the impression that because she is wearing gloves it’s okay, as she has stated, and there was no need for glove changes. The drink area is usually quite sticky with no unsweetened beverage choices available, and you can usually not find a table that is clean.
