When every table is dirty you truly Wonder what is going on. One table had someone sitting at it. One! I saw a lot of people chatting in the back in the food prep area. They’re talking about things that have nothing to do with work or the food they’re preparing. Sad, truly sad. No pride in the work product. Truly felt like I was an inconvenience coming in to buy something.

I’ve always loved Long John Silvers. This is a nice location, and the food was fairly good. Sadly, the fish declined a little over the years, as more LJS stores closed down and a few merged with Taco Bell and others. But I still go back as it is still one of the best fast seafood meals. Super service at this location.

Super disappointing experience. The staff was really nice, but they were out of fries, it took a long time for them to process my refund (I’m guessing the manager that was working was on break because I had to wait for a new manager to arrive), and the food quality…
The fish dinner had to be remade because the fish was cold. The slaw looked like a side salad with some dressing sitting on top, and the chicken was hard and chewy.

Always a 50/50 chance of them messing up your food here really bad or straight up not giving you half your order… but when it does come out right it’s pretty good and I enjoy it and like the look of this tacobell.

I had no issues with workers and food order was corrected but everything was over cooked. Waffle fries were like a potatoe chip. So hard and crispy and no softness at all. Hush puppies hard and fish and chicken over cooked. We were up from out of area where they don’t have one so we ordered the family meal to enjoy all. Was not a good experience for food!!!

Got the fish and shrimp combo. Tasty, but greasy. Used the drive thru. Service was pleasant and prompt. Can’t comment on the atmosphere inside, but the area along the drive thru was clean and easily accessible.
