Ordered takeout on 8/19/25 at prime time.
Pretty disappointed with the food flavors, quality and serving size and probably won’t be back as there are plenty of better alternatives around.
The rolls were pretty flavorless and their specialty rolls were the size of something you’d see at Chinese buffets. Their rice also appeared old and mushed together and the ratio of rice to other ingredients was 60:40 with rice being the 60; again, the kind of quality you’d expect from Chinese buffet sushi rolls.

Time for y’all to expand here. I’ve been here almost 20 years. This business has a very good price and tops this town easily for sushi. It’s time to get a location on 31W or a better spot on Ring Road. You’re located where Beef O’Bradys died. No one but the Baptist East employees and clients remembers you. Your hours really suck, your price is really good, and your sushi rolls are the best in town. Do something about it already. With love

Our waiter was great. Hot saki was yellow and way below average. The sashimi salad was bad. The steak hibachi was bland and boring. The soup and salad was ok. Won’t be coming back.

Came in after a doctor’s appointment and was surprised by the amazing food! Great price, fast service, and quality Asian food! If you want good quality Asian food this is the place in E-town! I will DEFINITELY come back. My server was Jayla and she was amazing! Very professional and excellent service! Thank you!

Pretty good place. Kinda the typical “Japanese restaraunt hibachi food” though that is not a bad thing. Their food is good and so is the service so the three stars are not a bad thing it is just that it also does not do anything above and beyond.

Sim Sushi is a great little Asian restaurant located off Ring Rd in Elizabethtown. The atmosphere is very nice and the restaurant is clean. Of the menu items we tried, we particularly enjoyed their appetizers and sushi. Their menu is very similar to Sakura 17, Ginza, and Kansai, although prices are a little better. One thing that really stood out was the great service, most probably the best we’ve experienced at any restaurant locally. Overall, we enjoyed the restaurant very much and will surely go back to try other menu items.
