Great experience…again. As usual, great food. Too bad temperatures are high to sit outside for lunch but even takeout hists the spot! We had mofungo, emapnadillas, frape and a few other goodies. Great stuff!

I come for the Mofongo and it is good every time. I usually get the Shrimp Mofongo and Mofongo Loco. A Pina Colada is always a must.

We found this place all the way from Virginia, and it is a gem. The food was great and flavourful; truly Puerto Rican cuisine. The owner was amazing, and made us feel like home. The service was great and very friendly. I totally recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

My first time going because I had a craving for real puerto rican alcapurrias. I bought the crab and bisexual one. 3 in total. First, when I went to pay, the total was $21. I hadn’t touched the machine. When the girl totaled it, came up to $30!! She looked surprised when I questioned her about the total and said the machine added its own tip by mistake. Got home, was excited to taste them…skin..horrible! Dried and hard. The bisexual (don’t ask me what that means) because they literally had the the nastiest ground beef in it and nothing else. I was going to go back and try the Carne Frita but I think that’s my first and last time. I wanted to do a food Review before I tasted the food, but I’ll pass.

Today, my wife and I found another great food truck that serves delicious Puerto Rican cuisine. We met the owner, Jorge, who was an extremely host. I ordered the shrimp with fried plantains. My wife ordered the mofongo. Both dishes were fantastic! We’ll definitely be back.

Super authentic to true Puerto Rican style of cooking…. Great pricing as you can see on the pic of the menu. Really cheap for the quality of food. You have to check it out. Right behind the Dennis in Brandon Fl. And for all the people complaining about waiting. I know we can agree all agree that is worth the wait. The only reason for the wait is that everything gets done fresh from scratch. It’s not something being microwaved or reheated like every fast food restaurant and most restaurants nowadays.
To be made on the spot for you as if you had a personal chef cooking for you that’s priceless and you can’t beat that. Plus there’s tables to sit around very nice atmosphere to just have some quality time with family or friends. If your in a rush you can order ahead and just pick it up or use GrubHub.

Stopped here on the our trip back home and it was a pleasant find. Clean, hand wash station and bench seating available under a covered tent. Order Alcapurrias and beef empanadas. Empanadas were a little salty so easy up on that guys but they were fried perfectly and was not dry at all. Alcapurrias had arroz and meat inside super delicious but greasy which is expected. Overall great experience. Owner on-site and accommodating. May make this a must stop each time we are in town. So much to choose from only 1 stomach lol.
