I have eaten at this restaurant before and gave it relatively high marks.
It has now changed its name to P K’s.
I ordered a daily special, which took 15 minutes to prepare at a relatively quiet time.
I ordered the roast, turkey, dressing potatoes, and gravy. I had ordered this before and it was good. This time, I was disappointed, as it tasted overcooked. Especially the corn.
I was also repeatedly asked if the meal was okay, I should have voiced my dissatisfaction then.
I guess I was surprised because I had always had such good meals there.
I revised my review because I felt perhaps I was a little too rash.
I would not hesitate to eat there again due to the quality of the meals before this one.
Service was good.
Please note that the first photos you view are ones taken before my visit today. Then I had rated it a 4-5 star restaurant.

I had the loaded skillet. Roughly $15. Eggs were cooked perfection, sausage did not have much flavor, sausage gravy most definitely not homemade out of a can.Just on the mild no flavoring. Definitely a spot for locals

It doesn’t get any better than this. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Most importantly, the food is to die for. Just got the turkey bacon club and it could have fed a whole family

I was on my way to a conference in Peoria, IL and came across this little diamond of a diner in Farmington.
I ordered the lumberjack breakfast. The 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 locally made sausage patties, hashbrowns, and 2 cinnamon swirl brioche French toast were definitely filling. I loved the fact they was using locally made sausage, and the cinnamon swirl brioche French toast was so good. Sadly I was so hungry, I forgot to take pictures of most of my breakfast. I stopped around 7:30 and by 8am, I quickly realized it was the place to be for breakfast. I will definitely be back.

My family and I love this place! The servers are very kind, the price is right, and the food is very good. It can be on the more bland side if you’re a person who uses a lot of spices daily, depending on what you order. We usually get breakfast and it’s always filling and delicious. I’ve brought my friends and mom here. Our favorite place to go in Farmington!

Great place to grab a bite to eat on the fringe of nowhere. Covid 19 compliant. Good food, friendly staff, and cozy seating. Try the pie it fills the tummy on a chilly October day.

Very good food in a small town diner. The service was very good, the food was served in good quantities. It is not what I would call fine dining but I would certainly call it good food at reasonable prices. If you are hungry and good with a small diner with good people and good prices, this is the place to go.
