I had the best experience ever at this Dennys! The manager was top-notch and so was the server. We had just purchased a pet down the road from this Dennys and it was a tiny little golden doodle not even 1 pound. I wanted to let the team know that we ended up naming him Winnie. Thank you for the excellent service and the birthdate ice cream that was so kind and unexpected. Please make sure that these Employees are given a positive feedback and the name that I sent because they were asking for it lol. Best service ever

Been to this Denny’s my entire life since I am from West Kendall. This time the server made such a difference. Her name was Dignora and truthfully I wish every place had someone like her. Since I got to the booth she had a good, postive attitude and a great sense of humor. Aside from that I also love that Denny’s always keeps the Toy claw machine.

We love Eledy and Maria Pagan at Dennys! They provide excellent and friendly customer service every week when we go to have breakfast for dinner. Both of them always welcome us with a smile! They have quick and accurate service because our food comes out hot and as we ordered it. Eledy always remembers our regular order which makes us feel comfortable and welcomed! They always put on a fresh pot of coffee when we come. They are great!!!!

The food was extremely disappointing. The pancakes looked poorly made, with seeds piled in the center, making them look unappetizing and carelessly prepared. The eggs and hash browns were greasy, and the pancakes were chewy and not enjoyable at all. Nothing about the meal felt like the “healthy option” advertised on the menu. Overall, the quality of the food was unacceptable.

Lissette at the Kendall and 120th Street, is one of the most efficient, respectful and loving employees your company could have ever hired. The entire staff is excellent: She just happens to somehow always serve us, and her charisma and personality never ceases to amaze my wife and me. The food was exceptional, especially the pancakes perfectly cooked with chocolate chips ! Our server was attentive without hovering, and the ambiance was cozy. Waitress (Maria P) did an mazing job and very hospitable. The food was GREAT. Everything was hot and fresh. I mentioned to Maria that the past couple of times my wife and I have visited, the food was spectacular. Maria said the credit goes to their shef (Jorge). She said she loves working with him because he knows how to prepare the food the way customers really want it. This type of teamwork says a lot about this particular Denny’s . I will definitely be coming back soon.
