3rd order messed up. Asked for bacon on Sammy. None. Cheese not on meatball sandwich. Want no pickles continue to get them. And a French dip with no a jus. Did not order fries but got them. Wth is going on? Staff is tough. But no leadership is to blame.

Another update, I must not be very smart because here’sanother update. Ordered it again, got the soup and it’s the consistency of mashed potatoes. Then they sent crackers in case they wanted me to see if I could make it as dry as possible
.Update, i’ve given them three more tries, and I can add lack of consistency to my list of complaints. When you order something from a chain restaurant, it should be the same every time but unfortunately here it is no. The employee at the counter was sorta rude, food is extremely overpriced, of course you can’t mobile order, took 20 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t busy. I get that they haven’t been open long but still not having mobile orders is ridiculous. The tip jar at the register is laughable, $30 for 2 sandwiches and wanting a tip? Here’s a tip, get your mobile ordering going already, don’t charge an arm and a leg and take forever to get the order out. It’s wild in this day and age that mobile ordering isn’t a priority to businesses apparently. The sandwiches were delicious, that much I will give them but the service, the atmosphere, the failure to get the mobile app up and running for orders and the insanely expensive price of it is definitely a huge downside.

I accidentally walked into Firehouse Subs while they were still training. The store wasn’t even open yet, but Amy—the manager—welcomed me in and had the crew make me a sandwich anyway. The whole team was fast, sharp, and on point. And the sandwich? Unbelievable. Subway doesn’t stand a chance against these people. Firehouse is operating on a whole different level. Once they open, you’ll see exactly what I mean.

A refreshing change from that other sub shop. I got the medium engineer and substituted ranch for the mustard and my bf got the large steak and cheese, to go. They come in pressed paper boxes in the appropriate size, so your sandwich is never smooshed. They were hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!!! I’m looking forward to trying the cookies and brownies! They looked so good! A heads up, though; they offer fries, but not ketchup. They have what they call hero sauce, it’s their BBQ sauce mixed with mayo.

Went to Firehouse Subs and had the Smokehouse Beef Brisket sandwich — oh my God, it was next-level good. Loaded with flavor and cooked to perfection.
Then I stepped into the
smoke shop next door… and wow. The humidor was clean, organized, and packed tight with top-tier cigars. Neat, classy, and unlike anything I’ve seen in a          shop that size. Good food, good smoke, all in one trip. Can’t beat it.

Very good food, very nice staff, very eager to get a sub to their customers. Like any new place definitely growing pains. My wife got the engineer(large), I got the triple stack BBQ original( medium). (Carry out) I’d say 10-15 mins once we entered to once we left.

Very tight for when they are busy for allot of people but that’s a given on the building. Does look like they support ordering ahead.

They have a freestyle coke pop machine and my wife got root beer with vanilla flavoring very good. I got a vitamin water with orange flavoring. It wasn’t bad but I feel like the orange flavoring is a bit strong. Very much overwhelmed the vitamin water other than that it is a very good place to get a bite to eat.
4-5 stars. Just cramped, very tight with seating, if someone’s getting drinks and someone needs the bathroom it’s a traffic jam. And I wasn’t a fan of vitamin water I got. Almost tasted like water with a good dose of orange flavoring- didn’t taste like vitamin water at all.

Great staff

This was our first time eating at a Firehouse Subs. The service was good, but it took a bit longer to make our sandwiches than it does at other sub sandwich shops. I ordered an Engineer, which was delicious. Based on the server’s recommendation that it was his personal favorite, my hubby ordered a New York Steamer. He said it was a good sandwich, but he was a bit disappointed that it didn’t contain lettuce and tomato. Admittedly, we didn’t specifically read the ingredients before he ordered it; we both just assumed it would’ve come with lettuce and tomato. He said it was good, but it would’ve tasted much better with lettuce and tomato.

When we placed our order, we weren’t asked if it was for dine-in or to go. After a somewhat longer than expected wait for the food, they had put the sandwiches on dine-in trays. I then asked the server to wrap them for to go, which took almost 5 additional minutes.

I’ll cut them some slack for a learning curve, because this is a newly opened sub shop. The biggest negative was the wait time. (We were the only customers at around 2pm on a Tuesday.) Hopefully they’ll pick up the speed with a bit more experience.

Overall, the food and service were good and we’d go back again.

I was very excited to try Firehouse subs due to everyone I know hyping it. I’m not sure if it is just this location or all Firehouse subs that have food and pricing like this. First off it’s crazy expensive for what you get imo. I ordered online and it was like over 20 dollars for a large fry, medium 8″ sub and pop. When I arrived my fries weren’t in the bag so I decided to eat there and wait for them. The were nice about making me some but they took 30 mins to make them. I think they must have forgot until I asked again.
The sandwich was skinnier than all others I have had other places and did not fill me up. It also was so soggy I had to eat it with a fork. I don’t know if that was because it was a philly cheesesteak or what? For an 8 inch sub it felt like 6 inch as well. It did not fill me up at all.
The fries were actually very delicious once I got them.
It gets 2 stars because the employees were nice and the fries were good. They were very busy so I’ll give them a slight pass on the fry delay.
I would probably only go back to buy french fries.

Update- I decided to give it another try and order online due to 25 percent off subs. I ordered the same sub as last time and it was easily twice the weight! It actually filled me up this time. It was very soggy still but I did arrive 20 mins late to my pickup and I have a 10 min drive home. I up’d to 3 stars based on this trip. Still kind of expensive to me but with 25 percent off it was a good deal. Less fries this time for some reason so it just missed 4 stars for me.

Firehouse Subs just opened next to my favorite tobacco shop, and let me tell you
— this is the ultimate combo.
I’ve been going to this tobacco shop for a long time; it’s always had top-notch service and an unbeatable selection. Now, with Firehouse right next door, I can grab a phenomenal sub and pick up my usuals in one stop.
The sub was fire – packed with flavor, fresh, and absolutely hit the spot.
Between the quality of both places and the convenience, it doesn’t get better than this.
If you’re in the area, this is the spot.
– One stop, two wins.

Yummy! Food was so good, the entire family loved it. It is a great addition to this area. The staff were super friendly. The owner(or manager, not sure?) was so friendly to my kids and made it a great experience for it all. We will be back! I took one star off on atmosphere because the onions in the small building made our eyes water, but maybe that’s just a me problem
