Decent pizza but very oily. Stopping in for pick up you walk in and almost get ambushed by the amount of employees there is. It was a Wednesday evening and there were 5 employees standing up front talking between each other. Plus there’s like 3 more in the back actually making the pizza. Matthew Out ✌️

Bought 2 pizza tonight . Wrong toppings and definitely over cooked. So disappointing. They used to be my favorite but its time to find a new pizza place. Unfortunate because the owner is a really nice guy. I just dont think he knows what crappy pizza is going out his door.

Raw wings when asked for well done. Have to cook them at home no sauce on them either. Asked for pizza cut in squares and it’s not. Whole place is run by 15 year olds. $35 for a 6 slice medium pizza and 10 raw wings

Sorry, but the pizza quality keeps going downhill.
When I moved to the area a few years ago the pizza was great and now my friends and I are getting half baked pizza leaving raw dough in the middle, pizza that’s almost half “crust” (not taking the sauce and cheese towards the edges so you get about 3 inches of crust), and inconsistent measurements on toppings whether you pay for extra or just a regular amount it’s always the same. Really hoping for some evening shift quality checks as this isn’t the first or second time.

I’ll stick to the Spencerport Perri’s. They’re one of the only local pizza chains near Gates that consistently put out quality products. I get businesses have had to adapt to product prices skyrocketing and a huge minimum wage hike in the 5 years, so they have to pass it onto the consumer with super high prices. With that being said I think it is appropriate for consumers to expect their pizza and wings to not be trash. Our pizza was paper thin in the middle, raw, and we couldn’t eat it with our hand. Also, we received little tiny pigeon wings mixed in with 2-3 jumbo wings. Sad society we’re living in, for more and more small businesses you want to support are hiking up prices and putting out trash products. We were hungry, so we just ate it and said, “never again, no more second chances with high prices and trash products”.

Ordered a sheet pizza and received a pizza that was so thin. You couldn’t even pick it up to eat it. You could fold it in half. Added a picture so you could see all toppings fell off and it was so so thin. I was promised a sheet pizza credit. When I called to redeem my credit was told they were not going to give it to me. This is extremely unprofessional. The managers were rude they said well they’re not going to honor it and give me anything. They don’t care that I got a bad pizza. And they’re not going to do anything for me. Asked for corporate number. They gave me the wrong number. Two young managers who think they know it all. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing since I was a customer for several years who ordered there quite regularly.

Amazing services, this kind lady on the phone named Gia gave super nice responses and was very helpful and I even let her take a bite out of my pizza since I was feeling generous and she said she was hungry, She even let me get some more free sheets of pizza. This kind young lady deserves a raise!
