Amazing staff! Not a single table was empty, yet Excellent service upon arrival all the way to the end. They all worked thru the morning rush with a smile. Ramisha was excellent, then again she always is. Hats off to all staff person who worked the floor and attended to everyone’s needs. Thank you for your hospitality and smiles. Manager that gave us a great welcome to the cook whom thanked us for our patience. We didn’t even wait long for our food. But his concern was appreciated. Yall were amazing, great team work. Upon entering, we observed staff members behind the counter who told us they were off the clock but indicated that it was acceptable for them to be present as they directed us to our seats. Our server, Erin, promptly took our drink orders and ensured they were delivered quickly; however, the food took approximately 40 minutes to arrive. Her service was adequate, but there was a lack of communication regarding the status of our order, as she did not provide any updates. When the food arrived, it was unfortunately not to our satisfaction, with most items being difficult to enjoy. The only exception was the pancakes, which were satisfactory, though that is expected given their simplicity. My order, in particular, was significantly incomplete, as it arrived missing roughly 75% of the mac and cheese—much less than my previous experience in March, where the portion filled the entire skillet. As depicted in the photo, this is the amount of food I received after mixing the noodles and cheese, without having taken a single bite. While I understand inflation, this substantial reduction in portion size was disappointing. Based on this experience, I do not anticipate returning to this location and may reconsider visiting Denny’s in the future. It is unfortunate, as this restaurant was once a favorite for my family and me.

This is turkey… its insanely dry and they didnt include the stuffing for their new turkey meal that was suppose to come with it per the app. The macaroni is well… you can see! Ordered the new apple fritters and they forgot those too!

We like Denny’s and we always enjoy their breakfast. This particular Denny’s is our favorite because of the atmosphere that the staff provides. The minute we walked in the door we are welcomed and seated in a most warm manner. Very friendly. Chris l, one of the bussers came and greeted us and welcomed us too. Our waitress Stephanie was wonderful as always she was always very cheerful and had our service and never forgets to reveal our coffees she’s the best!! Keep up the great work everyone, y’all are THE BEST!!!

The denny’s on FM 78 have some good service but there are 2 one name is Ramisha and stephanie is good service make sure that I was good and that I had everything that i need and that this place I was clean and always very happy in the morning the managers will go around and make sure that everybody is good and they will tell you to come back The food was amazing. I got me the grand slam sandwich and a steak T-bone steak oh my God it taste so good. Mr. Robert is a good manager. He always moving around and making sure that he’s service is doing they job

Loved our visit here at Denny’s! I love that it still has the vintage chrome diner style on the outside and even in the inside it feels like a local family diner. Our waitress Genene was very sweet, fast and attentive! The food was also very delicious, especially the mozerella sticks. We will always come back 🙂

I’ve been here plenty of times. But had a recent visit on Jan 4th with my wife and child. The server named Selene I believe did a pretty terrible job. Constant errors with our order. And every time we asked about missing items with the order felt like we were causing more problems which shouldn’t be the case. Then once we finally received all of the items somewhat correctly she quickly gave us our receipt and never checked back on us. No refills no questions nothing. We needed to go containers and we had to ask another server passing by to get some. By far the worst service I’ve had ever in any restaurant in a long time. Been here more than a handful of times before and never really any problems but unfortunately that server made it a pretty bad experience overall.

this Denny’s needs massive help, customer service is horrible and the staff needs to be fired along with the managers. ordered online and still had to wait 40 minutes for the order. i saw 4 guest walked out of the restaurant without paying and the wait staff just not paying attention at all. i was giving the wrong order the first time and the second time the waitress was rude when asked for a manager. she said no manger here and take my order and leave. food was closed, bacon was so crispy it fell apart and tasted nasty. order over medium but got over easy. I’m never going back to this Denny’s and now I know why Denny’s is hurting so bad and closing restaurant. this restaurant needs to be closed.
