If I could give a negative review I would. It started a few days ago when I tried this location, the food was atrocious so I reached out to customer support, they offered me a $15 dollar coupon, not even a refund when they sent me slimy lettuce, rubbery old greasy oily tots, but I figured it was probably just a bad night. I tried it again tonight, instead I was delivered Sonic, I tried reaching out to the store, was told it was not their problem by the manager and that it was on DoorDash. I never paid DoorDash, I ordered through the Burger King app. When I asked to speak to the district manager, the manager played dumb and stated he didn’t have the number for it and if I wanted to speak to him I would have to come down to the store. What a customer experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even if I hated them. Absolutely ridiculous.

The food was great. This location was very calm and clean. The staff was friendly. We ordered a couple value menu burgers, chicken fries and a fish sandwich. It was served to us by the time we finished filling our drink cups. This was my first time trying the value menu and it was a perfect sized burger since I don’t eat very much at once, mainly small snacks throughout the day. My son likes burger with only cheese and ketchup, it throws lost fast food joins off and they usually add something he doesn’t like. But this place got it right first try.

I came by around 3pm today. Ordered the new $5 duo all three of my bacon burgers came with crumbs of bacon as seen in the photo. On top of this mess I was only allowed to have 3 packets of ketchup according to the cashier “manager is right behind me she said new rule it limit ketchup per bag….
I would have ordered something else if I was told they were out/ running low. When mentioned to the woman manager on duty she didn’t seem to care how the food was served she refused to identify herself, an employee said the managers name is Desmond. I will won’t be from ordering here again anytime soon. Shame it’s a new restaurant poor staff !

Went through drive through and ordered a large wopper with cheese and 8 nuggets with large fried. Had 3 sweet and sour salt and ketchup. Trying to carry the full bag into the house the sack split in 2. I took it back and asked if they would make good on it. The man went and supposedly asked someone. Came back and said….your too much trouble. I take that personally as we eat there 2 or three times a week. I always clean up after my son. No noise and ga e never been rude or asked for replacement food. Don’t get it but I am willing not to go there again. I dont have to be told twice.

Finally went back after many, many years. The old “flame taste” stuck with me for days, but I think they’ve gotten rid of it! Or disguised it better? I don’t know, but I’m glad they did! We enjoyed our burgers! A staff person tipped us off that the chicken sandwich sux at the site! Appreciate the insight!

Until recently when this Burger King was remodeled I would not eat there. The remodel has made the restaurant more inviting. It is clean and the layout of the building and parking lot are much improved.
