Walked up to make my order and this young lady didn’t even greet me, stood there looked up at me finish taking her food stamps roughly 2 1/2 three minutes right in front of me, walked away without saying nothing left me there for another five minutes until a young man came and helped me. I appreciate they take food temperatures, and I understand the need for it, but not greeting me and walking away. Is very poor customer service. No hairnet wearing her pajama pants. No name tag so I snapped a picture to make this report.

The young lady was very rude and very unsanitary. Touched multiple devices with her gloves on then proceeded to make my sandwiches. They are always out of products and can’t seem to order stuff to stay stocked. Also bit into my sandwich and got a hair in the food. So that’s cool wasted my money on these poorly trained people, shut this place down immediately it’s very unhealthy and unsanitary. Someone is gonna be sick from these nasty people.

Asked for mayo before she started putting veggies on and she said no. Then asked for the 2 halves wrapped separate and this is what she did instead. I’ve always gotten good service from subway. Don’t know if she was having a bad day or?

WORST subway experience of my life. Was told as soon as I got to the counter it would be a while before she made my sandwich. No other customers were present. I asked for the manager. Who then told me, “We own subway, we dont need to follow its rules”. I asked for a chicken terriyaki sandwich, after waiting 30 mins. She proceeds to put the cold chicken directly on the sandwich, then takes it off to microwave it, picking up pieces she dropped from the dirty counter. This place is horrible. The customer service was bizarre and atrocious.

We showed up at 8:30 pm (closing time is 10 pm) and there were barely any toppings left to put on our subs. When cutting my husband’s sandwich, half the chicken fell to the ground without a word said by the food handler. She was very rude and it seemed an inconvenience to wait on us although we were the only customers there.

When I say “Hi, how are you this evening?”, it’s rude to not reply to the greeting and just look at me and say “Bread?”. Customers deserve a little more respect than that.

She told me she couldn’t toast my sandwich 30 minutes before closing time! Placed my topping on crazy and went in heavy with the onions! I didn’t say anything gave her grace! But the food was still good and fresh. The lettuce however was starting to turn brown here and there! Hey if anyone gets mad enough they will have the health department coming up here based off poor customer service skills and how the workers mistreat their food! I asked for lettuce this is what say gave me a sprinkle! But hey hope whatever she’s going through gets better so she can perform better!
