We spoke with Bradley the manager about what we wanted. He agreed and said it would be ready. Then we went to pick it and it wasn’t ready. And the cold cut ready was all bologna. This order was for Christmas and completely wrong. I don’t even like Bologna. The stuff to go on them was supposed to be everything on the bar. But all we got was lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. I will never use them again. When Stewart was manager we never had problem. I thought the new owner Bradley was nice but he let us down. We had to go buy more stuff because the bologna wasn’t going to cut it.

whoever was working tn 1/30/26 closed early after we had already placed a mobile order and wouldn’t give us our food or a refund. completely rude and disrespectful. i try my best not to order close to closing time but i was hungry after work and this is close to my house i ordered at 9:30 arrived at 9:45 and was told i couldn’t have my order or a refund.

Had order sandwich tray for Christmas eve talked to Bradley ordered way ahead of time wasn’t ready had to wait on the manager to make them glad I came early she said am the only one here got them there every year Stewart did us a deal they were ready want use them again

The sandwich was folded horribly. There was barely anything in the sandwich. I bought chicken and turkey footlongs (separate sandwiches) and both sandwiches came with chicken!! I do not eat banana peppers nor did I request for banana peppers and there was a banana pepper in my sandwich!! There were also traces of roast beef!! The sandwich maker didn’t give enough vegetables but gave a whole lot of sauce!!! Don’t make my sandwich how you like your sandwich make it how it’s suppose to be made. I feel so sick once I opened that sandwich and saw what I took a few bites of!! I’ll drive a bit farther to the sub way i usually go to!!

Managers need to make sure there employees know how to make a sandwich, cut it and fold it right. Nothing but a dang mess. All the mayo and mustard is all over the paper instead of the sandwich!

The staff here is amazing, and it does not matter what time you go.
If you just want to feel like a welcomed customer, stop at this Subway. You will not be disappointed. Oh yeah, they make sandwiches just how you would like, and the ingredients are fresh!!!
