Don’t order from this place. You order a Hut box and this is their definition of BBQ wings?! Absolute TRASH establishment. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. Had to edit because I just bit into the pizza and it’s not even fully cooked. To whoever owns this establishment, DO BETTER. And don’t comment on the posts that give you good reviews, acknowledge the low reviews too because you deserve it

This location is off beat. Aside from the strange interaction with the manager, the original pan pizza was like a frozen pizza? The dough was off. It was compressed and didn’t seem like a freshly made pizza. It seems as if they already made that pizza prior. Didn’t taste like normal Pizza Hut at all.

The Pizza Hut in Camp Hill absolutely deserves five stars! Every time I visit, the service is top-notch and the food is always fresh and delicious. Jen always greets everyone with a smile and makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. Daniel is quick, friendly, and always makes sure the order is perfect. And Nick does an amazing job in the kitchen — the pizza comes out hot, tasty, and exactly how we like it every time. This team works so well together and makes the whole experience awesome. Definitely my go-to spot for great pizza and great service!

So I ordered a big dinner box for delivery from the app at 5:44pm. The app, the email and the text all said the food would be here at 6:14pm. This time came and went by a half hour. Called the store only to be transferred to a call center. They told me the food was being prepared, the app told me that for about an hour at this point. I was eventually transferred to the store itself and was hung up on 2 times before talking to whoever was working. That person told me my order just left for delivery, I asked if my food was going to be cold since it’s been over an hour since I placed the order. The employee told me that they make each order as they come in and it won’t be cold. That was a lie and the food was cold and it wasn’t even packed properly. I am very disappointed and deserve compensation.

This location sucks. I live 10mins away, ordered at 7:50 for delivery, didnt get food until 8:50, pizza was cold, breadsticks were 1/2 baked with no seasoning. Didn’t get full order either. I use to love pizza hut when it was off Simpson Ferry, this location sucks. Gave this location a second chance, first time I ordered here it took over 2hrs to get my food when I ordered for pickup after work. Wish I could give this place negative stars. The only respective employees I’ve delt with were from the Chatbot for help on their website.

I rarely ever complain about food, I like to think I’m fairly level headed and forgiving, especially with jobs that are tough like Pizza Hut.
But holy cow, it was bad. I ordered a big new yorker with double pepperoni and I got a pan pizza with almost no sauce on it, sauce GLOBBED (like literally 12 inch thick) at the back, and less pepperoni than a regular medium!
Our second pizza, a big new yorker with extra cheese, was the same. They didn’t even try to tell us they didn’t have the big new yorker, and it came in a large pan pizza box.
It wasn’t even busy in there. There was nothing in the warmer. The workers were sitting outside and smoking and talking.

Got the bundle for 2 medium 1 topping pizzas, an Alfredo, and cheesy bread sticks. Pizzas were perfect. Pasta had barely any noodles in it, and even a hair. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza dinner box, it came… without chicken??? Undercooked, and sliced like it was cut by Edward scissor hands. There was a cinnamon stick stolen out of the box ripped off the rest, how do you make a Buffalo chicken pizza without chicken? And still undercook it?? It was the only pizza there when I got there so there’s no sides to say they were busy and things slip… how do 5 people miss chicken on a pizza? Thanks for the hot sauce raw cheese pizza I guess? They did refund me.
