We went a Sunday afternoon we were next but waited a while to get helped,a woman came to get our order and said”wait” and left us without placing the, order. Wewaited again, she came back and said: so you want #3? We said no! We haven’t been able to order, she didn’t take the order and left us again waiting another woman came and told her she said “we are very busy”, I told her there’s no excuse for being rude and u polite to customers and We left the place. I’ve been going there for 30 years they changed workers and these people are so rude can’t work with public.

We placed a mobile oder pulled up they told us to wait on the side 2 cars and 10 min later I go and ask what’s going on at the window and the cook says oh yeah I’ll start making it now …. I was like wow u guys haven’t even started? I asked if they could get a drink or something for my inconvenience he said sure close the window on my face. 4 min later we get out food to nothing. By the way it was just 3 PC with mash and a skinny for 15 min no lines nothing. Horrible place

Just got back from KFC on Florence Ave in Downey, CA. Went through the drive-through and ordered 4 pieces of crispy chicken, 2 legs and 2 thighs. After I arrived home and opened the box I noticed there was only 3 pieces in there, 2 thighs and 1 leg, even though I paid for 4 pieces. I hate getting shortchanged, and on top of that there was a hair in the box too. No wonder this restaurant only has 2 stars on yelp. This is gonna be my last visit to KFC.

I’m a Doordasher, I went for an order to pick up and this older Hispanic lady told me my order wasn’t ready because she had drive thru orders first. I waited an hour came back to her saying someone picked up the order already, not true because I still have the order on my phone. The manager came over told him the situation he ignored the situation. They told me that’s wrong orders get picked up everyday and the can’t do nothing. Told them it’s not right on their end and that I will report them. I just think it’s wrong that this kind of customer service is existing there. They should be investigated. Wasted my time and customers Time.

Dobt ever pull to the side if asked, they took over 15 min to make my little 6 piece wings. Meanwhile 10 other cars went through and go they orders. You mean to tell me my little ole wings were not done in San etime as those orders ! What did they have to do go get em off the chicken ?

How are they going to have a special on a bucket of chicken (Tuesdays) have customers wait in line only to be told that they’re out of chicken once they reach the register? Could’ve told everyone who were waiting in line already or something, pretty inconvenient to waste people time like that.

All the food from here is not good we ate chickens hamburgers and corn with smashed potatoes, and we got sick !!

Ordered delivery from Uber and no more than 2 or 3 minutes later they cancel my order. They’ve only been open for an hour, and they already canceled orders sounds like a lazy staff that just doesn’t want to do their job.
