If you are like they it’s gonna be like 15 mins on food and then the chick with the long dark hair doesn’t start actually cooking stuff for 10 mins it’s like what is the plan here? Who is in charge? Do we have any training in sense of urgency. I waited 30 mins sitting here before I left this review it’s like damn y’all do better. Just do better.

It was their grand opening and very busy. The line moved pretty quick. I ordered the chipotle cheese steak and it was good, hot and fresh. The only issue I had was the lady circled in the pick was biting her thumb then wiped her mouth with her hand a few times, she never washed up after doing it.
Update made another visit on 04/07/22 not as busy in store both waited 1 hour to receive my order. Seems they are more focused on the door dash orders and not the people in line waiting on hot items.
Update: 04/14/2022 I went back today at 11am. To my surprise they were already busy. I ordered my normal order “cheese steak”. The guy working the grill was holding it down. The entire grill was filled and he was knocking out the orders. I only waited 15 minutes which is not bad. It seems this location is starting to get into the groove of things.

I went in for lunch today to a wonderful experience. I ordered the Chicken Kahuna Cheesesteak and had a joyous time ordering. Your employee Grant P was incredibly nice and understanding while accepting my order. 10/10 will have again! Also this bread is so so good.

My 12 year old worked hard at East Middle school to earn two cards worth a sub and a cookie. He then gave them too me for my birthday. Today I told my son I’d treat myself with them, and went to the Great Falls location. First thing I noticed was some loud obnoxious manager trying to train new employees. I tried to use the cards my boy gifted me…and they refused to accept the sub card and eventually said they would accept the cookie card. I then bought a sub, so I wouldn’t lie to my son, and waited for my order. When it came out.. low and behold no cookie! Well a man is only as good as their word…as so is this place! Do not bother coming here unless you have to.. TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!

It’s obvious that they haven’t been open for long but they are staffed, friendly, clean, and fit well the Jersey Mike’s bill. Slower service at dinner time l but one can show some grace at a time where everyone is a bit understaffed. Nothing exceptional or out of the ordinary here but nonetheless well done.
They’ve done a great job with the storefront and design inside. In a town where there’s not as many cold cut sandwich shops Jersey Mike’s is a welcome addition.

I never do these, but I feel I must in this case. Mackenzie is a highlight every time I go in. She has been there since the beginning and has never lost her upbeat positive attitude. Always a smile and hello when ya walk in the door. She is an exceptional employee that I sincerely hope management is aware of. She knows what she’s doing, without exception. Is always willing to help the new people no matter how busy she is, and always does it with a smile and upbeat attitude. I give her a bad time about living there cause she seems to be there every time I go in, which is a lot. The entire staff is upbeat and seem pretty happy. Which with a senior employee like Mackenzie to guide them I can told understand. Again the entire staff needs recognition for their positivity. But, I feel Mackenzie especially does. I don’t know if she’s a general manager but if she isn’t she sure should be. And if she is congrats to management for seeing the jem you hired. An amazing employee and person.

The last few years, my girlfriend and I have stopped in many towns around us to hit Jersey Mike’s when we go camping. The one here in Helena just opened Dec 17th 2025! We have probably eaten here 10-12 times already!! And ZERO serious complaints, the only ding I would have is our first wait ordering online was bad, but expected as it had just opened and was swamped!!!!

Amazing staff. So accommodating. I am gluten free, they wiped down all the counters and appliances, I’ve never felt safer eating out than I have here. Great food, lots of options. 10 stars!

Poor quality food the last couple times I’ve ordered. I’m not sure if it’s the new staff not being trained properly but the bread is inedible. Crusty, dry, & disgusting. My sandwich was extremely soggy, the girl staff are always unprofessional & slow as possible. This use to be my favorite spot for subs but the quality has consistently let me down & I’m no longer coming back.
