Food was really good fresh and hot. Service was excellent. Restaurant smelled clean. The tables were clean. The top shelf drink we ordered was above average. Derrick the manager was our host he was very friendly and the server was so sweet and helpful. We had just returned fr9m a del8very and dec8ded to visit this location for the f8rst time after living innthe area for many years. It didnt disappoint. We will be back for another lunch date.

Placed my order through the mobile app for Car side pickup .Order was ready at 7:35 did not bring out till 8pm and that was about 10 mins longer after I called. My whole order was cold nothing was prepared as it should be. The cheese on the side wasn’t even melted the honey bbq boneless wings were hard and cold food is not warmable to even attempt to eat. I asked for garlic mashed potatoes but instead got cold fries . I’m done with giving this location chances tired of wasting my money will go elsewhere that provides hot food and car side service with some type of order !

Great service from Hostess’ Darryl and Zandra. But not from our waitress April. April was very curt, rude and disrespectful. She’s very unprofessional.
As my friend and I were speaking to her about what we wanted to order, she literally walked away from us. Rude. She was definitely within ear range, but ignored us.
When she finally returned to our table, we informed her of what she did. No apology, and gave us a look as though she was unbothered by us saying something to her about it.
My friend and I both ordered the Asiago, Parmesan chicken pasta dish. One of the orders, were to be without tomatoes due to food allergies. April was informed of an EpiPen. When this was told to April, she then stated that “no substitutions” were allowed. It was explained to her, that it was not a substitution, but that it was only an elimination.
When we received our order, it was not delivered by April. Instead, it had been delivered by a male server. He was very nice. The male server was informed of the previous conversation with April, and was told the order had to be made over, because the order was wrong. The male server was very polite and he apologized for the error.
The remade order was delivered within 5 minutes, and was delivered by April. When we informed her of the previous dish error, she didn’t say anything. She dropped off the order and walked away. She didn’t apologize.
Upon receipt of the remade order, there was barely any chicken, and barely any sauce on the order (see photo). The dish tasted watered down.
We looked for April to send the order back, but April didn’t return to our table until it was almost time to go. When she returned, she was not polite at all. We told her about the meal, and she then asked us if there was going to be one ticket or 2 tickets.
We told her she could put everything on one ticket. April then left a hand-held device on the table and then walked away.
What was supposed to be a nice lunch, for me and my friend, left a very bitter taste in our mouths. And it was because of April’s unprofessionalism and rude behavior.
If we ever decide to come back, we will be sure not to have April as the waitress.

Literally the worst service I’ve had in 20 years. Y’all are really trying to have a lower rating than the Cascade location, huh? I always sit at the bar because it is better service – but not today! I don’t know if the bartender was working the bar or the kitchen! I waited 35 minutes for an overcooked burger and then it took the bartender 40 minutes to come back and ask if I needed another drink (after I told her 40 minutes before I did). She literally disappeared for 40 minutes. Since the owner likes to respond, it was the bartender on 11/3 on duty while I was there from 2:30 to 4pm.

Hello Google Fam, the food was great! However, the food did NOT look like the picture.lol. it wasn’t a lot of food in the bowl. I had the Mardi gras bowl with the drink. The drink was fantastic. Server could of been more personable but she was okay.

Warmly greeted when we arrived by Lori W. and quickly seated. The bartender was our server and she was super nice and attentive. Our drinks and meal came in great time because it was shift change so we anticipated a wait. Sadly the fries and chicken pasta dish were horrible, but before we could even ask for our server Lori was at our table asking what was wrong and how she could fix it. Amazing manager who deserves major recognition!

The food was accurate but cold. Like us been sitting for at least 20 minutes but I got there before the ready time. Workers walked past me like I wasn’t there. They didn’t even help me until I walked up to a worker and asked for help. Could definitely be better service in there and better food quality. I’m sure if it was hot I would not have cared about the service fr.

Applebee’s is one of my go to spots for a good drink. I always enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service is always excellent. The food always comes out hot and fresh. Every time I go they have a new drink available. I highly recommend this bar for a good time. I also go just by myself to enjoy the appetizers and a good drink.

Visited this AB’s on a late night run with a girlfriend while visiting Lithia Springs, GA. We went for dessert. She had the apple pie & I had chocolate cake. The waiter was hospitable from the moment we arrived. He was patient and kind. The area is different to my usual, but you just readjust your modes to suit your environment. All was well and overall a good experience.

This place is a joke and I can see them shutting down in the near future. We waited over 10 minutes just to be sat and they weren’t even busy. Our server Fonta was a bit slow and the manager on duty (black gentleman by the name of E) was lackadaisical. He was apathetic and unapologetic for the lacking service that was being rendered. He wasn’t running no food, clearing no tables, greeting no guest, nor checking on the guest LITERALLY not supporting his staff to no capacity. They have an 85 rating and I consider that low but after this visit I’m surprised it isn’t lower. They should retrain the entire staff on customer service skills. I’ll never return, BLAH!
