It’s real crappy that you don’t serve tea Anymore by the drink machine and you serve that fake stuff in a bottle, just to try to save money. then you can’t refund my money back on the drinks without refunding my whole meal. You are a complete and utter joke. This is very poor service and no wonder you’re going downhill…..

Let me start by saying the only reason I got lunch was because my dad wanted a meatball sub. Otherwise I would have went to Jimmy Johns. I got a 6″ Flatbread turkey and when asked for lettuce..he actually removed half of want he put on. When you have to remove lettuce is when you know this restaurant is cheap with their ingredients! I got 3 very very thin slices of turkey with minimal veggies. This place will very easily not stay in business for the prices you pay and small thin sandwiches you get. Especially since Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mike’s are within walking distance. A mistake I won’t make again. Look at my pic…pitiful!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I paid for double meat and there was barely one scoop of tuna on the sandwich. When I called at 11:34 AM and spoke to someone who could barely speak English they responded to bring the sandwich back and they would remake it. Mind you I ordered it on grub hub as I was working from home. It was mostly bread!! Don’t go there they steal your money.

Shameful and dishonest customer service.
“store manager” and the employee I suspect are outright lying to try to save a buck. I order a bottled coke with my meal online. They insisted it was fountain that I chose and that it would say bottle on the receipt and store manager said that bottles cost extra.
1. If it were a fountain, it would specify which size I selected.
2. You can see clearly from the picture of their website taken today that Coke classic is not charged extra, unlike others.
I was made to feel stupid for trying to make my case. And when I called afterwards to share my findings, the “store manager” hung up on me.

If you order online and show up before the food is made the lady working here gets hostile with you. She tells you what the pick up time is and how it’s your fault even if you just politely wait without saying anything. It almost seems like she is disgusted that you even ordered. Luckily there is another subway 1 mile down the street.

Service was terrible. The older Indian woman argued with me about how the online order came through and even after I asked her to correct the error, I still came home to a sandwich with cooked veggies! Who toasts a sandwich after all the cold veggies?? I can understand if it was specifically stated somewhere or if I was ordering in person and asked but no only did this woman just assume that’s how it was supposed to be made, she argued with me when I tried to correct her and still sent the wrong sandwich home. I entered a formal complaint because I tried calling the store several times when I got home and not once was it answered, it rang to a generic voicemail that sounds like someone’s cell phone. This franchiser should be ashamed of themself letting their workers act like they can say and do whatever they want!

Terrible service! Ordered two sandwiches for pickup but when the employee handed me the bag, it exploded and the sandwiches fell on the dirty floor. Instead of remaking them, they insisted the floor sandwiches were fine. As a pregnant customer, I wasn’t risking it. They should have apologized and remade the order without question. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I will never return and I will also be calling the health department.

I’m so beyond frustrated I doordashed my food and I simply called and stated that flatbread doesn’t have the option to toast like the other breads that I needed my sandwich toasted and she began insisting it isn’t her fault the ticket said not toasted. (Mind you not the app still said my food I ordered was still in the store) she refused to help with their apps mistake and just insisted nothing was her fault. Will never use this service again considering I can’t order what I get!!!

Closed 30 mins prior to advertised time. Employee closed and locked the door as I was walking to it. So 1 star it is. Google and storefront advertise close time of 9:30PM. Wasted trip.

Rude, cheapskates, and over charged.
1 I asked for two sides of ranch because they never fill one all the way full and I like ranch and the lady tried to argue with me.
2 I got charged 11.69 FOR ONE SUB and in Milford it’s 9.99 for the EXACT same sub.
3 when I tried to call the number on the receipt to ask why it was so expensive a man picked up and said it’s his personal phone number and I’ll have to talk to his manager then hung up. Then why is it on the receipt??????
4 they don’t take coupons and previous times when I asked for multiple sides of ranch they try to refuse.
Absolutely the worst subway I’ve been to and refuse to go here anymore. I rather drive out to Milford and get it for cheaper, with a better attitude, and as much ranch as I want (I’ve only ever asked for two) without arguing. Don’t know how they are still in business out here it’s awful.
