Absolutely the worst Chinese food, I have ever had in my Life!!! Totally soggy spring rice and only sent 1, when I ordered 2. The chicken lo mein was all big cold noodles??? No chicken or any vegetables to be found! Absolutely disgusting! Don’t waste your money or time. The owner was incredibly rude and charged me twice , when I tried calling call about a 60$ and was very rude. Unbelievable!!!! And so cold. Nonedible…. How can you mess up Chicken Lo Mein and spring rolls. The Szechuan chicken was even worse!!!!

The person that fix my food was sitting at the table I don’t even think he wash his hands before running in the kitchen to fix my food I ask for the lunch special lo mein noodles with mix vegetables and chicken it very little chicken in it not even 1/4 cup worth that’s how small amounts of chicken it was then they had the nerve to put vegetables rice with the noodles and chicken and charge a .$ 1.57 more to the $8.50 because I wanted vegetables in my noodles it I didn’t look at the bowl of sloppy until I got to where I was going the food was awful and warm it wasn’t even hot I will never eat there again I did call them and gave them a piece of my mind about the food and vowed to never return if you can’t cook don’t take people hard money and pretend you do, there’s was no flavor in the food period its not worth the appearance looks aweful as if it been on the steamed table for days I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs don’t waste your money you’re be very disappointed

Ordered Sesame Chicken combo and was pretty happy with what I got. The chicken had good flavor, but was maybe a bit sweet. The texture was good though. The egg roll was not great. It was crunchy, but the vegetables were not very fresh, and I could definitely taste that, so I would pass next time. The fried rice was solid 7.5/10. It did its job but wasn’t anything special. The restaurant looked pretty clean and my food was ready within 10 minutes. Overall a pretty average experience for this kind of thing.
For the price it’s not bad at all but I am going to see what other Chinese spots in Athens offer.

We visited because of the kids’ UGA Fest, but this place was not what I expected at all. They even served the food on disposable Styrofoam plates. The taste was shocking—in my 40 years of living in the U.S., I’ve never experienced food like this, which honestly made me curious enough to look into the kitchen. What I saw was people who appeared to be my South American friends cooking in what looked like a Chinese restaurant setup.
The chicken didn’t taste right at all, and even the easiest dishes like white rice and fried rice tasted strange. The food was so bad that my kids and I couldn’t finish it and ended up leaving.
I truly feel sorry for the people who live in that neighborhood—for having a restaurant this bad nearby. I vote this as America’s Worst Restaurant.

If you want Americanized Chinese food, this is honestly the best I’ve ever had. Good service. I ordered online through their website and picked up. Prices are reasonable. But the food is exceptional. Everything is just a little better than any other Chinese spot. Diamond in the rough.

This has been by far the worst Chinese food that we have ever had. We ordered items that are typical staples in any Chinese restaurant; szechuan and sesame chicken with an order of crab rangoons.
The chicken dishes were practically flavorless, which is incredibly difficult to do in Asian cuisine, yet they managed to accomplish the unimaginable.
Meanwhile, the crab rangoons were right on par with the entrees. With the exception that they tasted only of cream cheese.
Having been loyal customers of Athens Wok, this was such a huge disappointment and waste of money.

Ordered Mongolian beef & egg rolls. Mongolian beef literally had 4 pieces of meat and an ungodly amount of onions & scallions and overall small portion for $14, not impressed. One of my egg rolls was burnt as well.

I recently moved to Athens and have been searching for takeout closer to me. This place is only 5 minutes away, perfectly priced, and delicious. It satisfied my Chinese takeout craving perfectly and I have no complaints at all.

Have been eating here regularly for the past couple of years and of late, the quality of entrees has really gone down. Had the Szechuan Beef today and although it tasted really bland, what bothered me was that there was actually very little beef and lots of veggies in the dish most of which just tasted rancid.

The Singapore Mei Fun is amazing. Fresh ingredients. Noodles with the perfect texture/consistency. Not too spicy and not too mild. I was surprised.
